This is a very clean White Castle. I actually went in here cuz I was doordashing picking up someone's order. I asked for a cheeseburger just one for me cuz it smelled so good. And the manager gave me a free one I thought that was very nice of them. Been here before but and we'll be going back because my husband loves White castles I especially like their clams. They stopped making them for a while but then they got them back so I'm happy about that.

Ordered online at 615p. They didn’t start making my order until after I arrived and everyone in line was taken care of. Didn’t get my food until 7p. Way understaffed. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for only having 4 employees working at dinner time on a Saturday night

Absolute garbage. They had an hour to prepare my order on time and failed to do so, they hadn't even started my order. I had to stand in line and eventually canceled my order. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. It's fast food not rocket science.

The AI ordering was so bad, I actually had to make a review on it. Not only did our experience suck due to AI not understanding the simple task of adding a combo to an order, but the lady beside us was screaming into the machine, “NO! I SAID AMERICAN CHEESE” multiple times. 🤣 clearly not ready for this kind of technology yet, but it made for a good laugh.
