One of the slowest White Castle history ever in my life no matter what time you order your food it’s never ready ever even if the app says it’s ready at this pick up time it’s not ready so go before your pick up or you’re gonna have to add 15 more minutes on top of it!!!!!

They didn't get my french fries on the order. I did get my six slider cheeseburgers and my onion pedals, but they forgot to put the cheese sticks in the bag. I checked the receipt, and they did charge me for it. It happens every time at this location. Well, no more. I'm done!!! This was the last time I am going to this location at 16 mile and Groesbeck. Worst location in my area. Always have to wait forever for service. Go to the location at 11 mile and I- 696 in Roseville. Best White Castle around!
Ordered 20 cheese sliders after 30 mins of waiting in the drive-thru, I received half of my burgers and was pulled to a parking spot. 15 mins later I just left without the other half of my order. 45 minutes for 20 sliders is ridiculous

Where to begin with this horrid establishment, from the workers being rude and the managers being even worse, telling us to return the food to have it fixed when we are unable to do that. Screaming at is and not offering to make amends is wild. After providing the order word for word as well as the order number she still screamed at us that we were wrong. Even though our total was one price we still got charged more. All 15 burgers were wrong. What a ghetto and trashy excuse for fast food.
