I've been going to the store for over ten years, because it used to be the best around. Now over past six months or more, it's horrible. No matter what time of day, plan on waiting, the food was actually cold, order wrong every time. Time to look for another store. Just be honest, sorry.

We did an online order and the food was ready when I got there. We had some onion chips and there were pieces of clam strips in there which were nasty tasting. We ordered a crave case with half original sliders and half jalapeno cheese sliders and they put them in the wrong color boxes (original-yellow box jalapeno-blue box). The chicken rings were on point though and even though they were in the wrong box they were good except for one that seemed to have been folded in half as it was put in the box

Drive through ordering process was difficult and after several attempts seemed to be still wrong, but thought could fix at window. After observing multiple vehicles ahead were having orders redone and taking long times, I got out of line and went elsewhere.

What is happening. This used to be my fav location. The last three tubes I ordered everything cheese burgers with extra extra sauce and received minimal sauce. Another time I received ketchup and mustard squirted on my burgers, which you know taste nothing like the “extra sauce” mixture. And then the last time I got no sauce whatsoever extra pickles, hardly any onions. There was nobody else in line y’all. I keep asking if there’s a certain way I’m supposed to order the sauce mixture. And every time I go I get told something different. Call it extra sauce. Call it the next ketchup and mustard. Just say you want everything on the burgers with extra everything. You no matter how I order it. It’s rare I get the extra sauce that’s mixed at a time on my burgers one day maybe I’ll figure this out idk lol

First time at white castle in years. Will never go back to this location. I was the only person in line at first and had to wait 30+ mins at the drive thru to receive my food. If I had not already paid I would have just left.
We waited a few minutes at the speaker with no one greeting us us asking us to wait. Then when we got our food it taste different. I haven't had White Castle in a few years now because I live up north and haven't traveled. I don't remember but didn't the hamburgars have mustard or ketchup or something in them. Our were just hamburgar onion and a pickle and they tasted so plain. Idk.
