I recently ordered from Zorba’s through delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was.
Ordering was easy everything was clearly listed on the app (or website), and the food arrived within the expected delivery window.
The food was well-packaged, with hot and cold items separated. No spills, soggy food, or broken containers.
Even though it was delivered, the food held up well. The delivery driver was very polite and apologized for any delay.

Safe Space
Today I ordered food not realizing the weather conditions. As I was on my way to pick up the food I got an alert for a tornado waring instructing me to stay inside. I called to tell them I would not be able to get the food. Instead of letting me go hungry, one of the workers personally came out in the storm to deliver the food to me. I opened the door to him standing with an umbrella as branches were being blown around and tornado sirens were going off. He handed me the food with a smile, tried to not take a tip, and left. The food was here within 5 mins of me calling as well. Above and far far far beyond what I expect for customer service.
