Brown hair in my food. I am a male with short black hair and there was a woman’s hair in my food. Upon complaint, we didn’t expect a discount or any sort of special treatment, it was simply just something we wanted to point out. The lady upfront says “it must have come off the people at the tables”. Extremely unprofessional and I had no intent of leaving a bad review at all. However after that comment I will not be returning here.

They kindly accommodated my families vegan diet and made a vegetable scramble using hashbrowns as the eggs. It was awesome! Thank you very much. All the other food looked wonderful as well and we all look forward to coming back again.

Such a nice surprise! Even though there wasn’t an official vegan option on the menu, they happily made hash browns and piled veggies and mushrooms (generously) on top. Also added jalapeño and served with sourdough toast. Unbuttered. Jam and apple butter both vegan.Server was so nice. I believe her name was Erica.

The food was excellent and came out fast. The service was great. A good-sized breakfast and lunch menu, many choices to choose from. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

The salad was yellowish iceberg, a couple small tomatoes, a few onions and that was it. The tomato soup had very little flavor and was $5 for a cup.

We love to support local rather than the name brand places so Alice's was our choice. We made the right choice. Small,hometown restaurant and it was packed. Not fancy, yet perfect. :) Both ladies serving were very nice. I had biscuits and gravy with 2 perfectly poached eggs. Absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the pancake platter. So much food! Nothing beets old school comfort food. Highly recommend Alice's. Thank you for a great meal.

I had a terrible experience here. I'll never return. After I worked a 14 hour over night shift I wanted to get some breakfast before bed. Ordered my food and waited and waited, the people that came in after me got there food, and I waited, and then I fell asleep, right there on the table, they woke me up, I said I was sorry I was just really tired, and then I waited and waited, still no food! but they called the police on me. The officer asked me a million questions and wanted me to go to the ambulance, which I refused, still waiting for my French tst and bacon. About 10 minutes after the police left, and the people that came in after me, I wasnt really hungry any longer, so I paid for my cup of coffee, that was never refilled, and I left, fairly mortified. I will never step foot in this establishment again.
