Got the steak and cheese sandwich today and I was very appetizing the bread was very soggy it looks like a mess, it smells horrible I would even give this to my dog🤢

Not very knowledgeable about how their app works or how to use the rewards. Can eat at restaurant with a waitress and have a beer for what you pay at Arby's. Too expensive

Customer service is absolutely trash. I have never in my life seen employees openly talk trash about their customers in-front of them. This has happened 3 times and I have contacted management with still no change.

I bit into a blonde piece of hair in my sandwich, and they weren't even busy. I get that Cheboygan is full of white trash but they could atleast try.

Absolutely horrible go in to order the employees all see me standing there not one person came to help me they just kept walking past me and helping drive thru which was not even busy I turned around and walked off utterly upset with how employees be acting at this establishment

Friendly employees, clean establishment, but the food I ordered tasted terrible. (Arby's melts which consisted of roast beef, cheddar cheese on a regular bun). Something tasted off. I ate it all because I was starving and regretted it later. Ugh! If I go there again I won't order roast beef sandwiches. Yuck!

The drive thru speaker has been down, so they can only take orders one at a time at the window. Which means they don't start the next order until the first one is done. I assume they have done it on purpose to work less. They have lost about $200 just this month alone from me. I actually ordered McDonald's in the drive thru of Arby's because it takes about 10 mins per car. The older man that works there usually with one other person is probably one of the best employees I have seen at any business. Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough.
