Friendly employees, clean establishment, but the food I ordered tasted terrible. (Arby's melts which consisted of roast beef, cheddar cheese on a regular bun). Something tasted off. I ate it all because I was starving and regretted it later. Ugh! If I go there again I won't order roast beef sandwiches. Yuck!

The drive thru speaker has been down, so they can only take orders one at a time at the window. Which means they don't start the next order until the first one is done. I assume they have done it on purpose to work less. They have lost about $200 just this month alone from me. I actually ordered McDonald's in the drive thru of Arby's because it takes about 10 mins per car. The older man that works there usually with one other person is probably one of the best employees I have seen at any business. Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Big shout out to Jenny and the man in the veterans hat and black Arby’s coat. Btw, not a place for a big truck with a big trailer/camper, if there’s another there you might have some difficulties.

Very disappointed with the service I received going through the drive through, the boy who took my order not only told me the wrong amount of which I was being charged he said $13 at the drive through, and $15 when we got to the window, I wasn’t complaining I just asked if that was correct, he changed his tone very quickly and caught an attitude, after I had payed he slammed the window door shut he did this again after giving our receipt and after handing us our drinks, just had a very nasty attitude, he was very unkempt and in my opinion shouldn’t have been working with our food.

Lobby was closed at 8 pm??? I placed a mobile order- why didn't the app tell me the lobby was closed- I would have went somewhere else. Instead, I had to wait in a drive-through line for an order I placed 10 minutes prior. Then they said they were out arbys sause. I drove, parked to eat my sandwich, and then discovered they didn't add any onion straws that i ordered- even though it was on the ticket. Failures on every level. Did I want to waste another 5 to 10 minutes waiting in the drive through lane again to get my sandwich corrected? No, so I ate it but won't ever go back to this location.

It's an Arby's.. they indeed have the meats.. but the Cheboygan location is notoriously a long wait in the drive through.. it's been like that since 1997 when they still had ashtrays in the dining room.. however.. they still do it right.

My wife and I stopped in at approximately 4:45 PM today for a quick bite. I ordered two classic roast beefs and she ordered the French dip meal. We were the only customers in the dining room upon ordering. It took several minutes for somebody to take our orders. Possibly a few cars in the drive through. Appeared to be a team of at least four, possibly five employees. Food was a 20 plus minute wait and was cold (save for the fries). My wife took her French dip back up to the counter to see if it could be warmed up, but was not acknowledged after standing there for several minutes. I finished my classic roast beefs out of hunger but my wife threw out the majority of her French dip and the icey cold Au Jus sauce. A party of two gentlemen and a single diner ordered after we did. No idea why there was a 20 plus minute wait for cold food nor the reason as to why my wife was ignored when she approached the counter. Bad service all around.

I don’t quite understand. I went through the drive thru at 8:55 on Thursday 2/22/24 only to be met with someone telling me that they were all out of beef. Let me repeat that, the roast BEEF sandwich shop WAS was out of BEEF!!!We are in town from Gladwin. I drove two hours to get to Cheboygan. I passed up a lot of places to eat because I wanted Arby’s. I ended up getting Buffalo Chicken Sliders. If had wanted chicken, I would have stopped at a Chicken restaurant…and I bet they would’ve had….wait for it….CHICKEN!!!
