It has been a long time since I've ordered from here as previously, all of my orders end up wrong somehow. It happened again this time. I had order 2 of the white Cheddar Mac and cheese, they had only one. That would have been fine, except they gave me NONE and didn't refund me or alert me about my order before or at pickup. The staff rudely claimed they did inform me and yet the only communication I have from the store is the automated order confirmation. Then it was a battle to get my food substituted for something else. So nice to know they were going to just steal my money without saying anything. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

The food was good as usual. Sitting in line for 15 minutes is totally unacceptable. Nothing on their menu takes 15 minutes to cook or reheat. If a customer has an order that takes a little longer than normal, there's no place for them to pull out of the way so they can take care of the next customer in line, which makes the situation worse.
Went in at 9:30, everything was cooked fresh and hot. Very good job!

Got the steak and cheese sandwich today and I was very appetizing the bread was very soggy it looks like a mess, it smells horrible I would even give this to my dog🤢
