The food we ordered today for pickup was so overcooked most of it wasn't even edible. My kids chicken was almost completely burnt. The fires and waffle fries were so hard we couldn't chew most of them. The loaded Mac which comes with dried tomatoes had whole pieces of plain tomatoes. My burger was crunchy it was so overcooked. The only redeemable thing was the Reese's shake.

Have eaten Big Boy hamburgers with onion rings twice in the last 2 weeks, the food was sooo fresh, especially the salad bar. Clam chowder was back on Friday, excellent!! Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. It's like a whole new restaurant now, highly recommend it!!Parking: Convenient handicap spots

I went into big boy and ordered two bowls of chili to go and did not get what I thought I ordered when I got home. Two days earlier I had gotten some chili from big boy and it was super good and chunky, the chili I had when I got home this time was thin almost like a chili for a chili dog. I called them up and they replaced it with the chili that I really wanted which is excellent. I don’t know who Judy is but you can make a very good bowl of chili.
