Ordered the $70.00 Ribeye and also the filet, not impressed for the price. Ribeye was a small thin cut, reminded me of maybe prime rib thrown on the grill, filet pretty petite for the price also. Came with a baked potatoes and about 3 small crowns of cold broccoli, little bit disappointed. Atmosphere good, rite on the river with a good window view! We have had better luck in the past, hopefully it was just an off night.

Awesome location and cool history/background with the building, but unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing and incredibly overpriced.
For 5 people it was well over $600, and the food quality seemed very poor. Server and hostess were great, but this was not fine dining. Blind taste test you would guess food should be 1/4 the cost.

First time here, was recommended for their steaks. The atmosphere is old lodge feel, clean and eclectic. We started with a drink at the bar, the bartender was friendly and we settled on a martini and Manhattan, both were good. For dinner, I chose the steak medium rare. It was cooked perfectly, but it was not very tender. It felt like a lesser grade than prime. Our server was very pleasant and overall I would recommend dining here

Excellent prime rib and horseradish. The drinks were great as well. Only feedback was we had a reservation at 6:30 and arrived on time but were told to wait 15 minutes. There were enough tables so didnt know why we could not just wait in the main dining area. But overall food is excellent!

For the price, the food was nothing special. Prime rib didn't have a ton of flavor. Onion soup had too much Worcestershire sauce. Bread was good.
Ordered the Whitefish w/almonds & steak fries - the fish was overcooked & dry - steak fries were burnt to a crisp. Others were happy with their orders - for the price the food was disappointing - atmosphere and location were great - service was very good

Lovely ambience, good service. Bread was delicious. One bite of the whitefish and my reaction was, this is old, not fresh. It had a strong fishy taste and was dry. The sauce that accompanied the fish made it edible b/c masked the fishy flavor. My suggestion is go, enjoy the ambience and do not order the whitefish.

Starting with the phenomenal service, our waitress was very kind and interactive with our kids (4 and 2), which kept them settled enough to enjoy a delicious meal. Great standard options for kids and the main dishes were top notch. Will be back

We have a cabin on Mullett Lake and are frequent visitors of the Hack-Ma-Tack. Great atmosphere and fantastic staff. Highly recommend making the trip by boat or car if you're in the area.
