Wow. We stayed across the street from Hoppie's. Boy were we lucky. The food was so good, we walked there every day. I especially recommend the wet burrito. It was by far the best one that I have ever had. I'm trying to duplicate it at home, but it's not there yet.

Decent food, and service. Priced fair too! Unfortunately had a group of ppl that we were seated near, that were very loud and very drunk which was annoying. Not the restaurants fault. Why do tipsy women get such high voices and have such witchy cackling laughs. It's a thing!

I have to give this a five due to the fact that the burgers and white fish sandwichs were awesome. And the peanut butter pie, homemade by our server, was one of the best we have ever had. Our server was very busy and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but she makes killer peanut bitter pie...so I'm good with it!!!

Have been going here since I was a kid. The prices were always reasonable , and food and service were great and fresh. However, now, the food is so prohibitively expensive, I won't be returning to my place of nostalgia. 50$ just for water, a sandwich and a quesadilla. Unreal and we were nearly ignored the whole time we were there.

I've been going to Hoppies since I was a kid. The food and atmosphere is amazing. I had a hog back burger and it was amazing. My husband had a wet burrito and my kids had chicken strips. We went on a Thursday might in July and didn't have to wait for a table. Our food came out quickly. It's a block from Burt Lake and there's a public dock. There's a beer garden in the back with lake views and pretty flowers.

Food was pretty good. Service was lacking. Didn't check on us, looked at her phone while we waited for her to come take our order, 10 min. after cleaning off the table brought us the bill.
