Pizza was terrible as crust was flat and pepperoni tasted odd. With that being said, the garlic-parmesan wings and chicken alfredo was tasty and the team member who served up my to-go order was friendly and full of smiles! I was at the store on the evening of December 3, 2025

Had a very unpleasant visit at Pizza Hut. There was only one server and it got busy quick. The server completely ignored a Jamaican family and made sure all the other tables at their beverages and food. This family waited for 25 minutes with Menus in their hands and were completely ignored. When we spoke up about it the sever and I’m guessing the women was the manager admitted to ignoring them! So disgusting!!! If your going to treat people like that you need to hire a new server and management!!!
The food was really good, except they needed to put a little more meat on their sandwiches. The service was awesome, the waiter we had was polite and very friendly. I believe his name was Steve. We'll be making another trip up to Cheboygan soon, and yes, we'll be stopping there again. I'm just going to ask if they can add more meat.

Shortly after the recent devastating ice storm passed through the area, my girlfriend and I were visiting a friend who lives near your town. His home was still without power so we decided to see if any restaurants were open in Cheboygan. Fortunately for us we found Pizza Hut to be serving. We all enjoyed a great meal. The next day I discovered that I had inadvertently left my credit card there. I live over an hours drive away. When I phoned the restaurant and told them of my mistake the manager agreed to mail my card back to me. This act of kindness saved me both time and money. A special thank you to Amanda. I appreciate you and will certainly be stopping by the restaurant again when we travel through

The music was turned up way too loud, our server was a know it all and our food had no flavor. I highly recommend the Alpena location where there are always smiling faces and prompt service no matter how busy they are! The food there is also wonderful!
