So, I know you guys never answer your phones, so I thought a review would get more attention. I ordered 2 subs off the app. Asked for avocado, no avocado. Which I paid for. Also got jalapeño on the other sub and, made a note to have some more on the side. Received no jalapeños at all. I know it’s a busy weekend but it’s really frustrating, especially when I know you’ll never answer the phone so it could possibly be rectified. I tipped before hand and wish I wouldn’t have. I know you guys work hard but wth.

Not sure who was working tonight (2-25-23) around 530 545, but indeed a all American and my wife a subway club. The lady that made them was very nice and polite. The subs were made to perfect perfection. Wh ever this girl is needs a race. Way to go!!!!!
If the service would have included a little bit even of friendliness, or personality.. even a smile, and would have been up to par, u wouldn't have missed out on the 5 dollar tip I got the exact change for to be able to give you but you made me think "why bother"? Fyi

Cheboygan does not have a lot of good restaurants or good service in general, but this is one of the best subways in Northern Michigan. The staff is efficient, quick, and always friendly.

Normally I would rate the girls five stars cause they get my order right every time. I try to order something slightly different than what I usually order and use a coupon for it and not only was the coupon not for the amount it said it was for, it was because he added 2 extra scoops of chicken a pickles than I specifically asked not to be on there. My normal sandwich is this. 1 scoop of one kind of meat (usually rotisserie chicken) 1 scoop of any other I choose (usually steak but this time I chose , pepper jack cheese, and sometimes bacon sometimes not, this time was not, all veggies (and this is very important) except pickles. I don’t want pickles on here and I thought I made that very clear. Why are there pickles on it? And lastly southwest chipotle sauce. They told me it’s not called southwest chipotle sauce anymore it’s called baja something. Anyways when I questioned the employees about it they were very rude young boys and basically ignored my deeper inquiries to what exactly my coupon did? Which they told me it was actually $17.99 before the coupon which I know isn’t true because I usually order this same order every subway I go and it is never that much. He said it was because the teriyaki chicken I picked out is apparently the most expensive meat you can order, more expensive than steak?????

I was very impressed with my visit that day. All of the veggies looked good and fresh, it looked like they had new equipment, and the place was clean. Great job guys!!

This is a good Subway! I went in there the other evening because the app wasn't working and had to order at the counter but the two young men working there were so helpful and nice made it a real pleasant experience. I don't know if it's just me but I think Subway is really stepped up their game in the past year they're quality is gone way up for a while there it seemed to be really lacking...
