I had to stand and wait for about 10 minutes before I got helped. The employees in the back were playing on their phones. I had to start practically yelling for them to hear me waiting before they came out.

I went in later tonight to get a pretzel about 10 min to close. The girl rolled her eyes at me with an attitude and said she couldn’t because she had shut down the speed oven when they weren’t even closed, having customers still inside sitting down. It was very rude and it shouldn’t happen again.

I walked in and the girl was making an online order, in the 7 minutes I was in there, not once did she look up or acknowledge me at any point. I waited as she completed the order. She asked me what dldid you want. I ordered my sandwich and cheese, she never asked if I wanted it toasted. When I requested it lightly toasted she put it in for the full time. She had her hair up but there were pieces falling out that she brushed out of her face repeatedly with her gloved hands. No hat, visor, or name tag. When we got to the veggies there was onion in almost every container, food all over the cutting board and it was just generally sloppy. I'm allergic to onion so I could only get lettuce and cucumbers on my sandwich. She put almost 5 lines of both dressings I requested on the sandwich and made it very messy. She did offer me chips drinks or cookies. In general I was very disappointed with the service and the sandwich. I was very patient, but if she would have acknowledged me and explained that I she had to complete the online order and would be right with me, I would have been a lot more happy to wait. She could have cleaned up and then waited on me honestly.

It's a solid subway. They're not perfect but you can get a good sandwich for a reasonable price and they have good service.

We went in after seeing a movie. It was busy and quite late. The blonde girl seemed irritated and I am pretty sure her co worker noticed. The young man who said his name was Cody was very friendly and patient with my children as well. Sandwiches and pizza were great and it just goes to show you how much better service is when the employee cares about customer service. We will be back . Just moved to the area not long ago.
