Went in today at 11:15 walked up to counter where there was no wait and male employee just stares at me...no hello, no what can I get for you nothing....I finally realized he was not going to acknowledge me so I ordered my drink which was fine and left without leaving a tip. Who acts like this to a customer and keeps his job?

I come to this location pretty frequently, and while it’s usually fine, today was an absolute disaster. Easily the worst experience I’ve had here. I called ahead to place an order for three drinks—two dirty matchas and one regular. When I arrived, I realized I hadn’t specified whether I wanted them hot or iced. No big deal, right? Apparently, it was.
I politely mentioned to the staff that I wasn’t sure if I had told them, but I wanted them iced. Instead of just making the drinks how I asked, both employees immediately got defensive, insisting that I had specifically said “hot” over the phone. Funny, because I only spoke to one person, and yet somehow the other one—who I never even interacted with—was suddenly an expert on what I supposedly said. Their attitude was absolutely ridiculous—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
At that point, I realized I wasn’t going to win, so I asked if they weren’t going to remake my drinks, could I just add an additional one iced? They agreed but managed to mess that up too. They forgot the espresso in my dirty matcha, which is literally the defining ingredient. At that point, I was so frustrated I just left, having wasted $40 on drinks that weren’t even right. Oh and the girl working said my drink said disgusting
The service here today was beyond unacceptable. The staff clearly doesn’t care about their customers and would rather argue than fix a simple mistake. If this is how they treat regulars, I can only imagine how bad it is for first-time customers. Do better.

Seriously RUDE staff!!! We came in from out of state for some coffee and didn’t know their hours. We approached the door and the woman ran up to the door and locked it and didn’t even bother saying “I’m so sorry we are closing” or anything of the sort. Locked the door in our face and gave us an ugly look. People seriously need to learn how to conduct business!! Not sure the persons name, but whoever was there closing hours on Dec. 18 needs her boss to have a chat with her about learning some manners!!

This is my favorite Biggby. It has a fireplace and TV, but those seats are usually taken. They are almost always busy. It's rare to have fewer than 2 or 3 other customers in line or waiting for their drink. The service is pleasant and quick. No drive thru. I highly recommend taking a few minutes on the app to see the entire menu. I'm always trying new recipes.

Our first visit to a Biggby coffee was last week in Chelsea, and it was fabulous! The baby bear was hot, sweet, and satisfying and my husband enjoyed the caramel marvel. We enjoyed them so much that we went back the following two days for different flavors! The staff was friendly and the place always had about 5 people ordering, but the line moved quickly. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Always a slow experience. Don’t let you know when your coffee is ready, just set it on the counter unlabeled. Frustrating when there is a line and you’re unsure if your coffee is ready and which one is actually yours. Food choices poor.
