The employees here always do a good job and are friendly too. I love coming here for my morning cup of coffee before work. Biggbys is probably one of my favorite coffee chains that's from Michigan.
Went in today at 11:15 walked up to counter where there was no wait and male employee just stares at me...no hello, no what can I get for you nothing....I finally realized he was not going to acknowledge me so I ordered my drink which was fine and left without leaving a tip. Who acts like this to a customer and keeps his job?
This is my favorite Biggby. It has a fireplace and TV, but those seats are usually taken.
They are almost always busy. It's rare to have fewer than 2 or 3 other customers in line or waiting for their drink. The service is pleasant and quick. No drive thru.
I highly recommend taking a few minutes on the app to see the entire menu. I'm always trying new recipes.
