We ordered delivery tonight. I specifically ask for the order to be left on the porch and do not ring bell!!! Loud dogs. The order was left on the porch ok but as walking away rang the bell!! Our dogs were off like a shot barking at the top of their lungs. Don’t ring means DONT RING!!

I couldn’t even order my pizza without the man on the line having a rude tone. He made a point of his annoyance in me ordering 4 ranches, and then he put my card number and than rudely asked me to “correctly” tell him my card number as if I don’t know it like the back of my hand than then abruptly hung up. He didn’t tell me a time window for my pizza so I expect like a 40 minute wait. I got in the shower and then heard a knock approximately 15 minutes after I had called the order in. So I get out get dressed and get my pizza at the door. The driver was understandably frustrated, but also quite rude for having to wait at the door for me. Brought my pizza in and it was literally room temperature and stiff. So based on the temperature of the pizza and how quickly it was delivered it’s safe to assume they used a pizza that had been sitting in their kitchen for a while. It’s a bummer this cottage inn used to rule. Never ordering from here again.

To act rude after I tip you $15 is gross. Especially from management. We’ve always enjoyed this cottage inn and made sure to tip $10-$20 per delivery as I was a delivery driver for years, I understand how helpful a decent tip can

The person I spoke to when making the order was extremely rude and kept interrupting me while was trying to explain that there was an issue with my online order. Customer service and being the voice and face of a company is the most important part of a job and she failed completely. This is the last time we will be using cottage inn in chelsea. A rude person can destroy an entire business

I was disappointed with the cauliflower crust pizza. I ordered it with pepperoni, mushrooms, and sun dried tomato. The toppings overwhelmed the crust, which didn't have enough body to balance the topping flavors. My first and last cauliflower crust pizza.

I just ordered some wings from there and wow they were SO BAD!!worst thing I've eaten in a long time smh growing up here we use to go there a lot cuz the pizza was good but I guess that's why we stopped going.cant believe I just wasted money on that!

The pizza was burned, there was next to no sauce on it and so had next to no flavor, just lots of salt. The birds got it; big waste of money.
My pizza was delivered earlier than expected! It was hot and delicious! The driver was kind and professional.
I would recommend Cottage Inn Pizza again!

Placed a large order for a bunch of hungry teenagers but during check out I selected the wrong delivery time. When I called, they did everything in their power to rectify the issue and got us the pizzas as soon as possible. Great service!
