There is absolutely no reason that people should be sitting in the drive through for fifteen minutes.The only time this location knows how to function properly is in the morning. Every time I go in there, the p m crew is doing nothing but horsing around and not actually working

I ordered my items sitting in the very spot of curbside service. Took 20 min of even getting my order of which i ended up having to go inside for standing there a good 10min before anyone even acknowledged me. I don't normally complain but when you sit there and watch people go thru the drive thru and get their orders way before, getting there after you, it kinda gets you mad. All I had was large fry, dbl cheese burger and 2 large dr. Pepper. As I was standing there I realized my bag was just sitting there waiting for the 2 drinks that went with it. I get maybe you were short staffed perhaps. But dang, do better.

Parked my car and went in because the drive thru was wrapped. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Kiosk wasn't working properly. They were only concerned with the drive thru and forgot the inside customers. The manager should be fired and mcdonalds needs to put human beings behind the counter again. Update: foods cold

Ordered a large meal. The store was busy so i expected to wait. But i thought i would be waiting for fresh food since they were so busy, or at least a full fry. This is absolutely ridiculous after how long i waited. I constantly have problems with this store. Don’t believe i’ll be back.

I waited over a half hour to get the food I had ordered online. It was cold and terrible. The truck in front of me kept saying hello and honking their horn. Finally they took off. I pulled up and they never acknowledged me so I pull up to the window. The kid said they were very busy but I saw two employees take trash and cardboard out with another employee standing by the door. The employee who took my order also came up to the first window and handed me my food.

If your black don’t come to this location ordered my food an hr in advance get there to my order not being ready then they sat there and didn’t even speak to me once to even help me. Thank hod for this young lady with blue hair helping me because she was the only nice intensity sense. Establishment full of older people and the only real help they have is this young lady everybody else was extremely rude and had the worse attitudes you can come by. For people trying to fight for 20 a hr this establishment should be last on the list 0/10 do not recommend then my food was cold I will never come back here again! It’s simple if you don’t like your job quit!

It’s ridiculous that I have to wait 15 minutes for my food inside while the drive through is served first. I alway thought the people inside the restaurant were priority. Not only was the service terrible, people were forced to use the kiosk. What happened to customer service or at least an acknowledgement? Then, when we asked for a cup we were almost given a dirty one that had been sitting on the counter the whole time we waited.
