I come here often to do work during the day - and 9 times out of 10 there is an employee who is currently working but for some reason taking up one of the two large tables in the seating area. If you come and would like space to work be prepared to not be able to sit down comfortably because he's there consistently. I've spoken to someone else about this as well who is handicapped and the table being taken up is 1 of 2 handicap accessible tables so they do not attempt to come inside anymore. Really disappointing to see.

This is a new location which has a really nice design. The seating areas are well thought out with charging ports close by. The tables were cleaned and drink pick-up areas void of spills.The staff was quite friendly and very efficient in getting the drink made (decaf pour over).There are two very large unisex bathrooms that are well maintained.

Extremely Rude servers... didn't want to wait on us side and at the drive through...wanted to tell me that I didn't order first before pulling up so they wouldn't take my order at the window.

Went here a few weeks ago and forgot to write a review. My barista was Carol i believe and her service was horrible. I’ve been here a few times and have had good service but lately food has been not right and drinks are not tasting correct.

I'm addicted to Starbucks coffee, so my rating might be suspect. That said, this Starbucks is new with a light airy feel, good internet connectivity, and, of course, good coffee. Only down rated service this time as the barista forgot to pour my coffee, so it took a while to receive it.

New location...in a new commercial strip...this Starbucks may offer even less in the way of atmosphere than most . I had time to notice the atmosphere since the couple ahead of me in line had some difficulties with their order and once those were resolved the barista had to tend to some mattters over at the drive through. Meanwhile someone who I gathered was a manager working at a table in the seating area kept asking loudly (maybe into a headset or maybe not) whether someone was or wasn't coming in. Eventually I got my grande black Pike Place to go and it was fine. It's a new location after all, and I 'm sure they'll hit their stride.

I LOVE it here!!!! The baristas and management are so amazing and such fast learners. They’re all so polite and their hard work shows. The cafe is incredibly beautiful and welcoming, the baristas happily correct any mistakes, they go out of their way to make each other smile, and my espresso drinks are deliciously made to perfection every single time. Thank you all for being great and please know you all are very much appreciated. ❤️

It’s official Starbucks is the absolute rock bottom coffee chain in the USA. I thought I’d again give SB one more chance cuz it’s a new location so maybe they’ll try a bit harder to do things right. Nope nope nope I was sorely mistaken. This is alphabet people hipster paradise where they just don’t give a rat’s posterior about customer service. First of all I fail to understand why is it so hard for Starbucks to keep decaf coffee brewed on hand? Anytime you order a decaf these starbuckers have a conniption and start talking about americano and Italiano and pour overs and bend overs and that it’ll take ten minutes yada yada. Like just give me a bloody decaf for crying out loud you overgrown entitles Twitter activist babies!!! Anyway I sucked it up and ordered my coffee here clearly asking to be served with cream but guess what? After all the pour over shenanigans they filled the cup to the brim with scalding hot coffee leaving no room for cream.Ok, no problems. So when i saw that I asked hey can you please add some cream to it? Answer is “no sir now that you took the cup from me in your hands I cannot do anything to it” (but while you’e questioning your life’s decisions that brought you to this point in your life let me ask you to add a tip % on this greasy pin pad).The customer service was garbage, their give a sheet factor is rock bottom at this store just like at every Starbucks and their food was boring and subpar. I should’ve stuck with beautiful Zouzous cafe or with Dunks across the road. Why did I even bother? Lesson learnt, never coming to this hipsters paradise again. Maybe if they paid more attention to the customer and less to their fluorescent green hair color and misplaced angst they’d be a better coffee shop. But yeah that ship has officially said for Starbucks for many years now.
