I came in to grab lunch. Waited about five minutes and was never acknowledged because there was a string of barely 18-year-old boys in there being so obnoxious someone left in the middle of eating their sandwich and the workers were too distracted to recognize the other customers. Terrible customer service.

Cross contamination from meat to veggies. No glove change. The stores online ordering was down for hours and they WOULD NOT honor the buy one get one free deal even though the issue was on their end. Not great business practice.

Just passing through the Chelsea Secretary of State Office and saw there was a Subway in the same complex. Glad I stopped in. Food was delicious and the two ladies working there were super friendly. I got a side of meatballs for my dog and they were so nice about it.I come from a restaurant family, and Customer Service is very important to me. They made my visit. Many Subways just feel like a chain store that is just moving you through the line. This experience was different. I will be back!
Dietary restrictions: Made to order so you can get it just the way you want. I think they even have a gluten-free bread option.

Shame on me for not checking my receipt. My wife and on stopped in on the way across the state. Later in the day we looked at our receipt to realize the young man who rang us up charged us for 12” subs when we both order 6”. Make sure to check your receipts before walking
