A great option in Chelsea for dinner before a show at Purple Rose. Diverse menu of options. They have some of the best, freshest Sushi in the area. Unique ambiance and friendly staff.
A great experience all around. Service was exceptional and the food was equal to the service.
The food was good and the prices are moderate. Waitress mentioned they were short staffed, service was slow.
My absolutely favorite is Las vegas sushi... staff is super nice...

There's a dish for most anyone here. The decor is unique and fun and very involved throughout. Food was pretty good though overpriced. The combo approach (burgers and sushi) meant neither lane got enough attention to truly shine. I felt that zero burgers with an Asian flavor theme was a lost opportunity. No kids menu. The bar menu was extensive with a really nice whiskey list.
Overall a fun experience but the price might keep us from visiting very often. Probably best for a date or adult night out than a large family gathering.

Very overpriced for pretty average food. Sushi was good, but it's basically the same anywhere you go. $30 shrimp scampi was a lemon swimming pool. Too much lemon for me, but maybe not for others. Very long wait times for our food too (30+ minutes). The atmosphere is gloomy. It's like walking in a haunted house because it's so dark. Overall, probably not a place we'd come back to.
Susie our server was top notch- great sushi and cocktails! It's not easy to make a good Last Word cocktail- kudos to the bar staff! This is a Chelsea favorite!
Stopped by for dinner on a Wednesday night. The place was humming with dinner guests, and we were greeted and sat almost immediately. They have a large selection of sushi and burgers, along with some appetizers and main course meals. I got the crispy salmon and my spouse one of the sushi options with cob salad. The cob salad was kinda disappointing but the sushi was good. The salmon was cooked very good, but a very small piece, and kind of overpriced, at $35. Between the two meals and one softdrink, our tab was $69, not including the tip. As stated above, I was disappointed with the portion size of the salmon. On the way home I needed to make a quick stop at Taco Bell and get some tacos to fill me up. If I go back, I would get a burger as they looked good! Service was fantastic! Melissa did a good job and we felt very well taken care of.

Very cool place. Dead themed menu, sweet bartenders, great salad. Watched Little House on the Prairie. My own personal Twilight Zone episode.
We had reservations, party of 2. They wanted to seat us at a table right by the wait staff station and kitchen area. We asked for the empty table in the middle of the restaurant. They said that we could not as it was reserved. OUR table was reserved also. They were both tables that sat 4 people. The hostess would not change; the server would not change. It is baffling how that cannot happen when they were both 4 seated tables.

Great burger , great sushi.
The food was amazing, service was excellent, prices were reasonable and there is good parking. Additionally, the to-go containers are biodegradable.

Drinks are very inventive and wait staff is great. Food is very good. Tables are not very cozy. We would return!
Service was great, burgers were good, but also $18-21. Pork Belly Bao was just ok and not worth the $14. Menu is pretty limited. Overall I’d say everything is about 20-30% overpriced.
