I paid seventeen dollars for processed, pre battered frozen fish in the fish and chips, (pretty much like the van de kamps fish you can get at the grocery store, but like the generic version) that was incredibly disappointing and wasn't very flavorful, my business partner ordered a burger medium well and received it well done and said his food wasnt worth that price either, the wings were overcooked but tolerable, paid well over $100 for 4 people for sub par food, waitress was nice and charming though, i wished she would take away our dirty dishes though, seeing a pile of chewed on chicken bones while we are eating our meal wasn't very pleasant. I'm usually very patient and understanding of staffing and how busy it was, but there was maybe like 4 tables max being served, Overall, won't be back.

We only came in for drinks and we're greeted instantly. KY was on top of getting my beers!!

KY is absolutely amazing! Very tentative to her guests and on top of keeping the drinks flowing.

Being a Spartan fan through & through, the atmosphere was nauseating lol but the staff and food were really good!

Head up to the Valiant on a Saturday night and you will experience one of the best nights in pure Michigan. Jordan is an angel, Kelsey is a saint, and Lauren is an amazing

The Valiant has the best bartenders and servers, they are always so friendly! I have always had great food and drinks. The service from Jordan and the rest of the girls is amazing and I continue to go back every week!

Mediocre at best. The food is very low quality-could get better at some fast food places. Prices were pretty high for what the food is. Service was not good. Had to get their attention multiple times. Will not be back.

Friendly service and clean establishment, but diner-quality food for “bar and grille” prices. Add another 4% if you’re not paying in cash. Tough to justify $120 for a family of five if you’re just getting burgers and drinks.

My husband's meal was fine. My meal was over cooked. The fish was overcooked and burned on the ends and the french fries were hard and some of the pieces burned.. I should have gone to Whites in Jackson.

Food is fine but it’s expensive. You also pay more for using a card instead of paying cash. We’ve been a handful of times and every time, the service is extremely slow, even though they never seem that busy. We probably won’t be back.

This was a nice place, we were seated promptly the restaurant was clean. I removed one star because the food just wasn’t that good. There was an issue with the pasta portions and flavor- some people left hungry. I docked a star off of service. Just very slow, one person received their food 20 minutes after the rest of the table, refills not offered, one of the bills was incorrect and took a while to fix. Perhaps they were short handed that night. Atmosphere was ok, decor was fine.
