The interior was nice staff was friendly, food came out as i expected. It did take an exceptionally long time to get our food out for 3 basic sandwiches and 2 fries.

Not the Wendy's to go to if your kid is hoping for the toys advertised. They never seem to have the current toy, even when they advertise them on their door. Employees rarely seem to know what's going on or what products they sell. Sanitation is sometimes lacking (employees touching hair/face, then handling food). Took a long time to even be acknowledged at the counter (what we were ordering was not available at the kiosk). Met with frowning employees who clearly didn't want to be helping us. Atmosphere feels sad- other stores have holiday decor up, cheerful employees, and a cherry atmosphere. Does not compare.

Stop through the drive through to get my daughter something to eat after dance class. I ordered her a Dave's Double combo meal. She ate her fries and started on her burger only to find that it was completely raw inside and cold. Unfortunately we were the highway on the way home and couldn't turn around to take ot back. I tried calling and complaining . Someone would pick up the phone and hang up. Absolutely disgusting.

Stopped here for lunch today with my toddler. The place was full and completely silent and everybody was angry and waiting. I stood there for 10 minutes and did not receive help but did receive an awful lot of bad looks and head shakes because I did not use the kiosk. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes of zero service The attitudes in this place were terrible. I will never ever go here again or suggest this location to anyone who comes through my hotel where I am employed in the same town.

The guy that works in the morning who I believe is a manager is miserable to deal with. Never nice. Placed a Mobile order,the app has the name for the order under your initials,I tell him what it says and he tells me it’s a name on his end(with serious tude) ok great not on my end.Makes the entire experience terrible. It’s every time I’ve come here or when my co workers come here(which is 3 times a week) and he’s rude every time.

Horrible service walk in the building at 8:30 to two employees getting upset bc I decided to walk inside and eat, get the food ask for a sauce the employees talks very loud and yells that will ne a dollar then proceeds to laugh while I was walking away. Staff seemed very lazy worst service I've had here. Been coming for years

I have never had such bad service. I love to eat Wendy's, but the experience at this store was ridiculous. The food was sloppy and greasy. The service was infuriating slow. No sense of urgency or pleasing the customers 🤔 🙄
