We were just in and had driven 25mins specifically to eat here. We were extremely disappointed when we sat for 5-10 mins at a table with no greeting or acknowledgement at all by any of the staff. No "we will be with you in a few" no "hello", nothing. So disappointed. I won't be back.

Good food and affordable, but the young man that waited on us was not very kind at all. Never checked on us , and was kinda snippy with my Sister when she was ordering. But many others are great there so we will be back !

I was driving home and thought I had eaten here before so I called them and ordered a club wrap and fries to go. Pulling into the parking lot I realized, nope, not the place I thought it was. Went in and the inside is very nice, restroom as well. I went to the cashier and my to go order was ready and for less than $9, plus a $2 tip I was back on the road. Very pleasantly surprised at how well made the wrap was, every bite had a little bit of everything. The fries were fresh and hot. Very satisfied and will make this a regular stop whenever I'm going down M57 again.

Went to have lunch here today for the first time in quite some time. I was very impressed. The prices were still very low compared to everywhere else I’ve been lately. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and they kept busy although it was just us and another table. Very nice little family restaurant.

I had a great time here at Hope Junction. Food and service great and very impress that the location supports folks who have special needs.
But what really upset me was the fact that table cleaner/busser got reprimanded from a member of the kitchen staff for not working fast enough. I first would mention the place is basically empty minus a couple of tables. Secondly he had not stopped moving since I’ve been in the restaurant , and I’ve been here for 45mins. I will not support a business that does that. These folks have it hard enough as is. Why make it harder?
