Came in for food around 9:20pm. 40 minutes to closing time, not close to it. Very rude cook in the back yelled out that they were not cooking anymore food tonight because they were closing in 40 minutes. Girl up front gave me a you get what we have option and I declined. I'm sure you do not care about your customers because there are little options in this town. However I will be ordering the 75 pizzas for my employees to enjoy lunch today from Hungry Howie's across the street.

I didn’t catch his name but had a really good experience with a delivery order. I noticed that the website changed the address, so I called the store immediately after my order. Delivery is through DoorDash at this store, so he wrote down my info and said he’d pass on. He called back when driver arrived because apparently it’s against DoorDash policy to deliver to different address.. 🙄 Employee kept apologizing (even though it wasn’t even his fault!) and argued with the driver until the driver gave in and said he’d deliver. Pizza showed up 8 minutes later. Some of the best customer service I’ve had, especially over the phone, in yearssss. Well done!!! Hope someone sees this and recognizes his hard work!! ☺️☺️☺️ (This all happened on 5/11 around 11:30a)

Everyone that works here is nice and the food is usually decent but it sucks ordering the white cheese spread and getting a half a scoop. I know it’s not the workers fault and I’m sure they are told how much to give buttttt 🙃

The customer service was fantastic but we ordered buffalo wings and they had no buffalo on them and the pizza was not very fresh. It was quite dry and a bit hard.

Waited 40 minutes for puffs that look like this. Got the party puffs, mainly waited since they messed up the pepperoni ones at least twice. Got home to see the four cheese ones look like this. Short staffed or not there's no excuse for that.

Most of the time you have to wait for a hot and ready. It's simple, just call or place an order on the app. You will always have a fresh pizza or whatever else you want. Food is always good so is the service.

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes, locked eyes with someone who just hid very badly behind a shelf and started playing on their phone. Went inside, waited 10 more minutes for the dishwasher to come out and take my order, only to receive old stale pizza.
Tldr, pizza was neither hot nor ready

It's the best hot and wait you'll every have. It's easy to predict. At lunchtime noon or dinner 5:00 pm make an extra 3 pizza before those times.
