Not sure why this is so difficult. I ask for a large coffee with 10 creams. 3 times now I've gotten just sugar! I don't even ask for sugar. Manager says "I'm sorry I wasn't out there watching them make it". Ok I get that but how do you get sugar and no cream out of just asking for 10 creams?? Why is this difficult?
