First and LAST time to ever come to this place. We called and reserved a lane for the $50 special and another friend got another lane next to us because it says to call ahead for a reservation. Up to 5 people for $50 is a JOKE. You will be charged a gratuity if you know the people next to you apparently which is ridiculous and they NEVER tell you that when you get the lane and they have you pay AFTER so they can hide these fees. They didn’t have shoes that fit half of us and some of our toes were coming out the sides the kids shoes didn’t Velcro either. Our lanes had to be reset every 5 min and not all pins were coming down and we would have to wait for it to be fixed over and over. Did not even get to finish an entire game because it kept screwing up. 5 people should be able to finish ONE game in an hour that’s ridiculous! I can see why on a Saturday night that this place didn’t have no one there. I also asked about to gratuity and they said parties over 8 have to pay it? But we were 2 different families meeting up and paid for ourselves! So how is that considered a “party” if I had known it was a party I would have atleast brought some cake. My concerns about the gratuity were totally ignored when she split our families apart and just split it in half even after I told her we are not together and paying separate. So pay upfront and bring your own shoes if you want to try to fit a little bowling in. Or better yet go to grand Blanc lanes because they are amazing and their lanes work!

Pizza, requested and paid for double peperoni. Got one per slice. The Sause was some what colored thru out. 1/4th was VOID of cheese. Other items were equal despairingly. They got a Premium price . 12/24 . Better choices nearby.

This is a super cute bowling alley! We were there for a party in the event room. The vibe light and fun. Pizza was what we expected for a bowling alley. The staff were nice and professional but just not enough of them. We waited at the bar for 10 minutes for someone to help us and then another 5 while she cleaned up and helped other people. A little frustrating but understandable I suppose.
