Mia is best sandwich maker.
Terrible experience. I understand being out of things if you've been busy but Blaming others is not a good approach in customer service. Very poor atmosphere
So sick and tired of getting burned ass nasty subs. Today was the last straw all my meatballs were burnt.
Rude employees, store was out of flatbread and wraps.
Not even worth 1 star, they do not care about thier customers. I keep going back but every time they mess up my order it's my fault somehow and they refuse to replace until sometimes days later because thier is never a manager present.
Never have any breads besides flat or whatever one at almost noon. Doesn't contact if there any order issues with mobile orders. Places a joke. So be prepared for some issue. All i need to say, do better. Montrose subways better.

This place is really went downhill one time I went in toaster didn't work another time we went in no bread flatbread with horrible this was a holiday weekend on lunch time how is it that you run out of bread you should be prepared for the day
Worst experience ever! Didn’t have change for 100 and I ASKED before hand if they could and they said yes. My food was cold, soggy and disgusting and I didn’t even get the sauce on it I got it on the side! The teenage girls working there were just sitting around talking and didn’t care about their customers! No longer coming lost my business
I ordered a protein bowl on my way to work and it was the best one I have ever had from any Subway! The ladies working were very pleasant and friendly to talk to. Thank you so much!

Aliyah was extremely rude messed pretty much my whole order up called after food was taken home she became very argumentative refused to make it right told me to come get tge meat I was shorted but she wouldn't replace the messed up food I told her that she shouldn't work in a customer service environment if she can't handle complaints she became very hostile and hung up I also have an individual very close to me that worked at subway and they even agreed that the food was not made the way it was ordered and was also on the one while I called the store to complain and the little girl hung up and yelling and being extremely aggressive about how she was right and that the food wasn't made wrong idk what the point of a receipt is with how to make the food if your not going to read it and make it the way the CUSTOMER REQUESTED but I would highly recommend a district manager or corporate look into thus location and hire employees that care and aren't extremely rude and disrespectful and because of her extremely erratic and hostile and aggressive behavior I did file complaint with corporate

If you don't tip them they purposely make your food wrong. Paid 27 dollars for 2 subs that I had to cook myself because they are being petty. Hire some adults, please.

My sub was missing cheese, was very small and skimpy on ingredients, and the bread was really stale. You can look at the other reviews here to summarize my same experience, which means no change is being made with their management. I'm not a grudge holder with people or businesses, but there have been many other bad experiences I've had with this place where I didn't leave a review and I know that also applies to a lot of the people around here who didn't take time to post.

Went and got 2 soups, it was thick, nasty and inedible, when I called the girl told me "I'm sorry we ran out of soup" our policy is same day refunds only but I don't have any soup to give you
