I had to order $90 worth of taco bell for all my friends at a party. The night workers were SO AMAZING AND PATIENT! I know it was a big order and they could’ve been mad😪 but instead they treated with kindness are care! I am so thrilled to have such good care at a local taco bell like Chesaning.

The entire store was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’ve never been to a better TB with such great food. A man came in complaining about no paper towels (when told twice that there was a hand dryer) then complained about lettuce. The staff handled it very well but the guy made me and my group kind of uncomfortable but I would 100% come back because of the incredible staff.
UPDATE: The guys name is Tim Enright, he is (from what we saw) incredibly rude to staff and makes customers uncomfortable. Sucks at parking too.

Nothing good about this Taco Bell at all. I would not stop here if I were you.
No one at the counter. When I asked for help the girl at the drive-through said she was too busy. How rude! Tried to fill my cup with the Mountain Dew I ordered but no syrup in the machine.
When I got my order, the portions were the smallest ever. The Burrito Supreme was tiny and the Taco Supreme was empty. Also none of the items had lettuce on them. When I asked, I was informed they were out of these things. Wish I'd known before I ordered. When I went to wash up there were no towels in the dispenser. They said they don't fill it.
NEVER been to a Taco Bell this bad. I can see why people are bringing McDonald's from across the street into their dining room.

His attitude towards the workers was very poor, but the employees seemed nice and upon leaving they explained that their truck was late and that they couldn't control when the delivery company comes, so I definitely don't blame them. Lobby was very clean, other than the nightmare of a customer before me, the place seemed friendly and safe. Definitely stopping here again if I ever take another road trip

Super slow. On multiple occasions i put in mobile orders because I was in a hurry and still had to sit in the store for a half hour for my food.

They are almost always out of stuff, ingredient wise. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive through, the lady handed our $45 order to the person ahead of us. And when we got to the window and realized what had happened, they refused to refund until I asked for a manager. Then the manager herself was very rude and threw our receipt and card back out the window at us.
