Yesterday my family stopped by on our way home on a family trip when I went in Les or Leslie helped us order everything on there new system he was kind funny and helpful that being said id like to state I have NEVER met a rude person at this location they have all been very kind and helpful and accommodating at every visit but I have heard that Taco bell wants to use the new machines inside to have people order there meals and that could potentially get rid of some of there workers because of AI, I will state that the workers are 100% the reason we go back there is other fast food across the road but the service you receive makes the meal, Taco Bell you would be making a BIG mistake and doing yourself a disservice to get rid of ANY of your employees for an AI Sytem of ANY sort they make the restaurant what it is!!!

Shrinkification, I can't put 0 stars but I wish I could. They get your order wrong way too often. And don't prepare some of the items well at all. You pay more for less. Rip off. Go to Don Filipe support your local business not this corporate crap. Don filepe has better food for the price.

The restroom was out of toliet paper, and the towel for your hands. You basically took a shower washing your hands. My food had way too much dressing on it. You couldn't open the door to get in or out without using force.

Took over 40 mins for my moblie order to be given to me through the drive through. I work fast food i understand being busy and backed up but not having a good system to move people out efficiently is wild. No “fast food” should take more than 10-15 mins and that’s pushing it. And when we got our food it was messed up.

I love Taco Bell! I probably shouldn't admit that.. But this is my third favorite TB restaurant. I will say I'm usually pretty happy with the food and I've always been happy with the service.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter and all the employees seen me standing there, not one waited on me and I ended up walking out. Spend your money elsewhere this taco bell must have hired the old burger King employees as that's how the old burger King in town got before it closed. Lost my business!!
good service nice restaurant but the food was lacking. the cinnamon twists had a burnt taste, that’s the best i describe it. no cinnamon flavor at all. And the tacos were falling apart like crazy

Service seems to have taken a backseat at this location over the last couple of months. 2-3 items are always seeming to be missing with the last couple of orders, our most recent order only having 3 of the six items we ordered.

Usually this place does good, but yesterday I came here and ordered my regular a cheesy double beef burrito and my burrito came with almost all rice. That beef on the bottom was a tiny little strip that went through the burrito and that was my ""double beef"".
