I ordered on the app. I said at the DT that I have a mobile order. They insisted they could not hand it to me at the window, I have to come inside. I am disabled and also very sick with the flu, coughing and I had to come inside. This is a very horrible policy! At any other fast food restaurant you can pick up your mobile app order at the window!!!

Went through the drive thru last night at around 10:30. Online it says they are open till midnight and the hours on the window said midnight also. Everything was light up inside and out. Sat there for a few min then realizing that not a single sole was even there… Ended up driving down the the Mt Clemens location where they were so helpful and fast. They even told me that the chesterfield location should be open to midnight but they seem to do whatever they want and close whenever they feel like it…They need to just stay closed the place is a dump too.

I had to drive back here 3 times tonight. Wasted gas, cold food extremely disappointed. I pulled up ordered my $15 two person meal. Comes with a 6 peice cheese stick, 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches, 2 medium fries, 2 turnovers and two drinks. I drove all the way home and realized they forgot my cheese sticks, so I drove back to arbys where I explained they forgot the 6 peice cheese stick and the lady said no that comes with the 4 peice cheese stick, she gave me the four peice I drove home yet again to find out it was the 6 peice she owed me, I drove back to arbys yet again for the 3rd time. Now... I went inside she did apologize and gave me the 6 peice. Im.upset now bc all bc they couldn't get the order right the first time I had to go home and we all had a completely cold meal and wasted about an hour of my time driving back and forth. I did try calling but no one answered the phone. I'm completely let down... please do better and please have the general manager reach out to me. This shouldn't be happening.

Absolutely the worst staff and manager working the night shift...this the 2nd time this week I've paid and waited patiently for my food and was late both times and missing both times...went there to just ask for my missing food and employees act like no ones at the window... blared my horn for 30 sec straight and knocked on the drive through window multiple times...I hope cooperate or owner of the establishment takes concern of who they or he has running their establishment. Glad I wasted money and not get what I paid for????

Just at the 23 mile and Gratiot location. The young man working the drive thru was probably the most pleasant person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I hope this gets to the manager. Well done to that young man!

Vegetarian options: Not sure fries , sandwiches without meat , however since their slogan is we got the meats your vegetarian options are going to be limited

Don't go here unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for your order. I ordered chicken strips and fries and it took them 20 minutes from start to finish. Only 2 customers inside and 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru.

This place is usually pretty good. But today my Beef & Cheddar sandwich was terrible. There was barely any cheese sauce and it looked like the beef was just thrown on the bun.
Was not busy and my food was handed to me in such a short amount of time I couldn't believe it. Maybe slow down a bit and build a better meal. Training is needed for the kitchen staff.

The lady that was working drive through tonight was rude. I've barely ordered from Arby's and still don't know the menu and she talked to me like I was stupid for not knowing everything they serve then as I'm deciding what I want she scoffs like I'm wasting her precious time(I was the only person in line ?). After that I was done I pulled off. She lost you a sale tonight, went to Taco Bell instead and was treated way nicer. It's a shame too because the food at this location is usually pretty good but I'm not gonna sit there and be treated that way either. Please speak with her about this. It was uncalled for. I probably won't be back for awhile and I was just starting to enjoy Arby's.
