The night crew here SUCKS!!! I ordered two simple things and it took over 20 minutes of sitting in the parking lot to get it. Either they are understaffed or they just don't care. I will never go to this location again.

If you like fries that always taste like they were made 2hrs ago this is the place for you. I don't come here often but every time I'm dumb enough to come back they give me fries from last month. I have never had fries that are even kind of warm. Do not come here. Just keep driving, there's another one two miles down the road. I can not say enough bad things about this location.

I’ve been in the mood for Arby’s for the past few weeks, so I’ve been in there three times now through the drive-through since then. This is my favorite Arby’s pretty much, because I worked there back in the 90s… Should I say it was my favorite Arby’s because I don’t think I’m coming back for a while, until there is some kind of change… All three times that I have come there, the weight has been ridiculous and they keep screwing up my order. I try to be a nice guy these days, so I haven’t said anything… Today I had to wait over five minutes at the talk box, Then they pulled me off to the side to wait for over 10 more minutes on my food, which is a whole other set of problems… The buns for the roast beef sandwiches were not steamed, in fact, they were cold. They didn’t give me the marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks, and I don’t usually keep that thing around at home… And I asked for the crinkle cut fries, but they still gave me The other ones… three strikes. I’ll try again in a couple years
If I could give negative, I would. My shoes stuck to the floor, the grease smelled burnt and unchanged, the bathroom was locked(not occupied, just locked), the fountain pop had no syrup and tasted like over chlorinated pool water, my sandwich was a soggy mess. I threw everything away and left.

I hope the owner and manager see this. The gentleman who was covering the front counter tonight (7/11) was hands down the best fast food employee I’ve ever encountered. Not only was he friendly, but he genuinely cared about customers orders. He even helped a door dash driver by helping get all the food and drinks to his car. I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves to be recognized.

Orderd BBQ brisket meals got home to discover they gave me pulled pork. Since the lady was already rude when we got there to pick up the order we didn't even bother to go back. Won't be going back to this location.
