This place is terrible. I ordered a birthday cake online and went to pick it up and they said they forgot to make it. They said only the manager could refund me but she wasn’t there. I asked to have the manager call me and she never did and never refunded me!

Ordered a Minecraft cake for my son’s birthday and it was so bad I’m currently driving to get him a new cake. $50 for a tiny cake that was so bad nobody wanted to even eat it. Pretty sad. These are teenagers that eat anything! But they won’t eat this cake! To put it in perspective.

I guess I should have checked out the reviews before I went here! I picked up a cake for my birthday, only to get home to have a rock-hard (and yes we let it sit out before cutting it), freezer-burned cake. The bottom layer had the flavor of cardboard. I contacted their customer service online and was contacted by someone who was absolutely no help. This person acted as if I didn’t know how to serve/cut an ice cream cake and proceeded to tell me that this is just how their cakes are. Long story short, I won’t ever go back to this location — what a waste of time and money. $40 for a tiny piece of trash cake and a ruined end to my birthday evening.

I see a lot of people don't like this place. I had no issues. Ordered two sundaes on DoorDash. Got two sundaes exactly how I ordered them. The Reese's ice cream and Jamoca Almond Fudge combo is top tier. The Oreo with Chocolate fudge is also pretty great.

Came here with my family we each got a one scoop cone. The price for 4 what's about $17 Which to me is crazy for 4 scoops of ice cream. The lady literally did not even fill the cone inside We just got a standard small scoop of ice cream. I could have bought 4 tubs of ice cream for the cost of my bill. I understand a scoop is a scoop but It was a tiny scoop with an empty cone. My son's vanilla ice cream was freezer burnt. Mine had a weird texture to it and I am almost 100% certain. I found some kind of bug in it. . Not worth the money at all total rip off and grossed out. Won't be returning.Such a shame. Baskin Robin's was so great when I was a kid. Idk what happened.

Please whatever you do...do not order a custom cake from here. Ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday what they provided vs the picture of what the cake was supposed to look like was terrible. The business should not take the more detailed cakes on if they can not deliver a good product. My daughter was so disappointed thankfully another bakery came through and customized a unicorn cake for her within 20 mins! This location did provide a refund the following day so that is a positive.

First time I called was in the evening, Could not understand the person who answered the phone, Call the second time and he had no idea what I was talking about.Call the next day in the morning, Spoke to a young lady, She had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me. Redial 10 times before someone picked up. Gentlemen, they could barely speaking English, I Ask for a Yule log And he didn’t understand, I spelled it, and he hung up on me.
