The fries were absolutely horrible. Not even edible, straight to the trash. The employees we're very nice and the whoppers were decent. The awesome kid at the window is the only reason I gave 3 star.

Spent 12 dollars plus I tipped the lady 5 bucks and nicely asked my feed be made fresh as I don't mind waiting. Instantly had rubbery cold onion rings and a cold chicken sandwich for me. Haven't been here in 3 years due to bad service, looks like it'll be another 3 years. Just fire these goons, all if em.

How hard is it to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS?!?!?!?! When PAYING customers request something on or off their food it's for a REASON. At Burger King, where the "customer is King, Get if your way right away, obviously isn't true. It's get your food when the workers inside give it to you, however they give it to you, if you want it OR allergic to it or not.
And since I am choosing to exercise my right as a paying customer, why not air all the other grievances with them, shall we? They changed the pickles, they suck, the buns changed and they are gross because they are sweet. The mustard tastes like straight vinegar, they over load the ketsup and most noticeable thing, the mayo. What they use now is not right. Disheartening to say the least. Burger King was the 1 fast food establishment where you could go EVERY SINGLE TIME and get what you ordered and you got it with a smile. Not any more.

It is 11/19, arrived to the store around 1035 pm. Very short worded employee. Rude when taking order. Got half of it wrong but didn’t realize until getting home. I get working midnights is rough, but learn better customer service practices…

Literally the worst fast food experience ive ever had a long with it being the worst burger king around here. They made me come inside for a drive thru, no one was even there when i went in. On top of that, they do not answer their phones ever. Food was cold, missing items , bread was hard, chicken was soggy and old, churro sticks felt like a chip. No exaggeration. Its a waste of money to go here. So i will now drive out of the way to go to the one on green street. Bc they are far better and i wont regret giving them my money like i did here. Dont normally write reviews like ever tbh but i was so irritated, ive never had an experience like that anywhere. So all that being said if youre craving bk go to the one on on green street! Thank me later

Actually sat in the drive through with not one person in front of or behind me for over 5 minutes after the girl struggled to place a simple duo order. 3 manager standing in the window not one of them packing food for any person . Nobody inside nobody outside , just me waiting at the window for a simple jr whopper and chicken sandwich. Unreal how horrible this experience was. I should have went next door to the White Castle. Once I got the order it was wrong: I asked for no onion and I’m sure to be extra rude they put extra onion . No wonder nobody was there at 4pm

The prices are afforadably low. I bought the value meal and shared it with my kids. They snacked and played in the play structure.
