To the owner of this restaurant just close the doors you obviously can't afford to run this business. the building looks like it belongs in the hood. Not just that several times I have tried to order your out of chicken at a chicken restaurant come on . This last time I ordered 4 pcs of chicken and order mushrooms waited a half hr for my food while the employees packed a catering order I guess only one order at time can be made right when I got my order mushrooms so over cooked they where like rocks and cold for the price I paid I'm done with your place I have tried to give your place several tries but I'm done lost customer

I came to the restaurant as an independent contractor the service was horrendous. There was no respect no greeting and the order was made late. Don’t eat here also the food is not good

Been eating at different locations for many years. Only got roasted potatoes and coleslaw this visit. Food starting to loose its good flavor, dry, and each time we visited prices keep going up. We don't visit as often because of these reasons.

Food normally is good.... went today hot meals paid then working tells us we can't get drinks because they don't have them... and couldn't get anything back because drinks are included in price of meals so I have to pay for something we don't get? It's crazy

This location is dirty and barely functional. The door has been broken for years and slams when you let it go. If they can't even bother to fix something so simple how is everything else treated? The service is terrible...all 3 times I have tried this location in the past 5 years are disappointing.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Food is way overpriced, service is incredibly slow, food is never ready (not even within 10 minutes of the time it says to pickup), & the food just isn’t the same quality and standards that other Chicken Shack locations serve. Everytime I’ve gone in here there’s been an entire line of customers just standing there mad because they’ve been waiting - honestly surprised anyone even goes here anymore.

I will DEFINITELY go out of my way to visit other locations whenever I want Chicken Shack or will just go to KFC down the street.

I don’t really do reviews on here often, I honestly only did this one because I attempted to use the “Contact Us” link on the chicken shack website & haven’t heard back from anyone in over 2 weeks.

Just doordash from there. Order five piece chicken strips with snack potatoes and chicken strips are overcooked rubber. And for the snack potatoes they gave me all the scraps not even one quarter potato. (Normally when I order they send them to the St Clair shores one and I never have a problem)

Unfortunately the worst chicken sandwich I have had, the batter was gooey, non-edible.
The Coke Zero was awful, fries were fine.
They were out of a number of menu items and if you need a fork- forget about it.

First impression not very clean , I thought I might slip from floor being greasy, drink fountain watered down and some not labeled unavailable when out of product. Apparently out of Cole slaw but didn't say anything until handing me my food . I generally like Chicken Shack and I will continue to go. just not this location

They are crappy with redeeming gift cards...took over 10 minutes to accomplish. Don't roll out a new system if you don't train your people to use it. Went there twice, once they wouldn't take my gift card. Left after 15 minutes of them trying and failing.
