Chicken Shack Chesterfield

Such a disappointment. Why have a promised time for orders when they are not accomplished. A 20 minute failure. It's like they have no experience doing the job. The manager struggles doing their job. Building needs work. My last two orders have been bad. Over done ribs and not requested well done potatoes. The membership program is a joke. Purchases are not recorded.

Food is amazing and the staff very friendly! Orders for door dash would b ontime for pick up and everything correct

I am so frustrated that they offer buy one get one free but only if it is ordered online.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ordered buy calling in and was told 10 mins so my spouse waited 20 just to leave the house because of the reviews we saw with them taking long times to have things ready. Spouse got there and sent me these pictures of ants crawling on the counters next to a worker, and they are all over the lids. This place is gross.

This is the worst chicken shack thus far I can't believe 20 for this crap.. never again..

Defunct chicken shack, reopened with simular name.....food takes forever, chicken is a 5 on 1-10 scale, chicken is much smaller then other chicken places, food was not enjoyable for me, will not go back.

First time to Chesterfield location and it’s trash; run down building and dirty inside. Walked in and was the only customer in the store, two employees saw me, but yet still continued a personal conversation for the next 10 minutes before someone came to the counter so I can pick up my order. Nobody ever said will be with you in a minute or, I apologize for keeping you waiting or anything. Dude looked at me 3 different times and just ignored me. Will never go back here. Been to macomb location several times and it’s night and day better.

The food was good had the chicken bites and they were a little hard and overcooked and took about 40 minutes to get our food the best cole slaw you can get anywhere will keep going back

Ordered three rib dinners & slab of ribs...Not like it use to be!!! The potatoes were always the best, but never like in the past. They were buttery, moist & cut quarterly. These & others have been cut like home fries & ribs are great & good, but there is always some hard overcooked meat on some ....
Sorry, but I would always order chicken & rubs weekly when the originally owner had that place....

Do not order from here! My card was charged twice for an online order and I was given the runaround by the staff for 2 weeks when i tried to resolve this. I was told someone would call me back to fix it. No call back an the issue has still not been resolved.

Chicken tenders are never crispy , the shack potatoes are served in a pool of about 2 fluid oz. of oil.
