We ordered pizza on hollwen a couple hours a ahead of time when we should up the pizza wasn't even made and 12 people were still waiting for their pizza not happy with the service today

3rd time ordering door dash from this location. While I love Cloverleaf this location is officially now on my no go list.
Every time I order green olives I get green peppers. I can't eat peppers of any type at all.
All 3 times I've ordered bacon I've got none on my pizza. So basically I've gotten 3 pizzas of pepperoni and green peppers when I order pepperoni, bacon and green olives.
Is it really that difficult to read words on a screen and follow directions? I've never had this problem at the other location before. Another order refunded by door dash thanks to not following directions. I have to give this away because I can't eat it or smell it.

I ordered online and set a specific time. I arrived on time and the pizza was ready and very hot. My friends and I did a blind taste test with this pizza and another well known Detroit style pizza place , and to my surprise Cloverleaf was a 8 to 1 winner. The staff was friendly at the Chesterfield location and had me in and out in minutes.

I did not enjoy the food at all. I got a thin crust pizza that was severely undercooked, my boyfriend's calzone was so raw that we could pull little bits off and make dough balls, and the salads are not worth $5 for the tiny serving you get. Not to mention the immediate bathroom trips because we travelled and hadn't eaten anything until then. I hate leaving bad reviews but all of my group was really disappointed with the food
