Terrible location and terrible employees. Tried to order two drinks repeated the one back to me and still didnt make it right. Ordered 2 grilled cheeses they confirmed and we pulled to the window and told us we didn’t order them. Threw the receipt at us and said no grilled cheeses and slammed the window shut and continued taking other orders. Tried to ask if we could just order them there or if we could pull back around again and got ignored. Will not be going back here and being treated poorly again

if i could give 0 stars i would. thats how horrible everything here is. me and my dear friend came. we did 2 orders for 2 different payments. i did my order. (out of strawberry sprinkle donuts) how are they out of the most popular donuts at 9am i dont know. its ridiculous. for the second order they were out of the seasonal donuts. once again its 9AM. the avocado toast is brown. onto payment. remember the 2 orders. forget that!! the guy at the window changed my card TWICE. and when i asked why he charged my card twice his response was “ i asked for the other card” NO YOU DID NOT SIR. i am beyond upset. this location use to be amazing and it has gone down hill more and more every day.
