Went in for a decalf vanilla latte made with oat milk. Did not taste right. Went back to double check they made it with oat milk and not regular milk as I have an allergy and they couldn’t tell me if they made it with regular milk or not. Second one tasted just as bad.

You should probably stop blaring the non-stop mexican music. Also try harder to keep the flys off your donuts.

At 8:30 am & the coffee was stale already. The sausage, egg & cheese croissant was microwaved and tasted like it was past it's expiration date. I've been here before and the products have been hit or miss. I'll go to Willie's Donuts or Tim Horton's next time.

We go to Dunkin all the time, to different locations, but this location is the worst. It does not matter what time of day we go or what day. My family and I have stopped going to this location. Why? Because no one speaks English enough to give us the correct order. I have no problem with people that are learning languages but I want what I pay and ask for. My fiance and kids went in for a dozen donuts, he told the employee he wanted 2 chocolate glazed donuts, the employee did not understand and kept giving him sour cream donuts. My fiance said he did not want those, we wanted the chocolate glazed, the employee gave us sour cream donuts and refused to switch them to the chocolate glaze because he did not understand what my fiance was saying… my fiance even pointed to the donuts in the case. So we came home with 2 sour cream donuts because my fiance was so frustrated. Then ordered a Berry Blast drink, and the entire drink is the berry flavor… usually I have to mix it and it turns my drink a pink color, my drink I received today was dark red and just syrup… we’ve tried the location multiple times but I don’t know what’s happening with this location but we will NOT be going back.
Coffee is disgusting, Attitude disgusting/fake nasty nice, don't understand why because we all got to work. We all gotta make money, please get some new employees in there. I remember before this new group got in there. Everything was running smoothly, coffee, doughnuts, and service. Everything was nice, now! Its getting ridiculous. I guess they pick and choose the people they like to give good customer service too, again! water down nasty coffee and food ??, Please take your money elsewhere let business get slow then maybe They higher new employees.
