Had to rate this place a one star in order to write this review, but it certainly isn't warranted. Got donuts for my grandsons today and they were old donuts. Even the kids noticed how hard they were. All the bad reviews you see posted are true. I don't know how they stay in business. Worst DD I've ever been it. We won't be back. Willie's Donuts at 21/Gratiot is the place to go.

Make sure they hear your order, I repeat make sure they hear and understand your order. I'm just going to say everyone I've dealt with here English was their second language and they don't always know what you're saying... best bet is use the app then come and pick it up that's all.

Yesterday we went in 2 different times for a mess up on a drink. Both times the drink was filled with coffee grounds to the point i was drinking straight up grounds. The employees barley spoke any english, considering there not from the USA, and are here to work. Honestly don't waste your time coming here.

I haven’t been here before and was in a rush. Ordered a frozen coffee and I was disappointed. Huge chunks of ice. They could even take the time to properly blend it and there was no one even in line in front or behind me. The drink was ready before I even paid so they just didn’t care.

1st went through the drive-thru my coffee was not even drinkable the manager did offer to refund the other drink purchase however I just asked if I could have a new drink.....I went in for a new drink the girl was very nice the other worker a boy was also kind there was not a big selection of donuts available the one I chose was alright they didn't change me for my order. The store was very clean looking but I have to say I'd rather go to another coffee shop in the future hopefully they come up with better tasting drinks
