Wife and I came in this evening. We had not had your Nachos in about a year. We were surprised that they had changed a lot.. First the white cheese sauce on them was awful. Next you had cut way back on the ground beef. Probably the worst nachos we have ever had. You need to go back to the Nachos you used to serve with real grated yellow cheese, and you need to put substantially more ground beef on them Service was great though, Just the Nachos were terrible.

Barely sat down before server BillieJo came by. She continued to provide exceptional service throughout the time we were there. Artichoke & Spinach Dip was amazing! Chicken dumpling stew did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this pub.

Severely understaffed for a NFL Sunday. Staff needed help working as a team, I was told by the bartender someone called in. I think having a manager/owner willing to come in, work as a utility player to pull things together would help tremendously. Bartender needed an attitude check, it really looks bad on the owner.
Bartender was very rude, irritated with me for trying to pick up a drink from the bar. My waitress had 10+ tables on her own. Waitress did the best she could. Food was average.
Been going to the one in Richmond we thought we try this one, if you don't mind loudness this is the place for you. Food was okay but better at Richmond location.price is a little bit higher here, Will Stick with Richmond location service was very good 👍

Food was good per usual, but our server ruined the experience. Maybe she’s new but Carly was not pleasant. She was rude when we asked for drink prices and interrupted us. Awful service. Also the “live” music was a DJ. It would have been nice if she told us this when we asked about the music as we were out with our Dad who wanted a band.

Waitress was very nice. Service was slow and that was kinda werid since the pub was almost empty. Food was good though. Maybe need to try it earlier in the day instead of around 9pm.
