I ordered pizza (cold and cheese was gross), mac and cheese (way too much aalt & cheese tastes like plastic), pretzels and cheese (cheese was a solid cold clump of rancid disgusting mess - made me sick), club sandwich (bacon not cooked through) and antipasta salad was okay at best. The only really good about the entire meal was the pretzels. Giving a one star because I can't give zero. Have had decent meals in the restaurant but this take out order has deterred me from even going back to eat at the restaurant. $112.00 worth of food wasted.

French Onion Soup was good., got a burger. It was gross fries were extra crunchy. Not even really? No flavor to anything and the only thing else. I got was a pizza to take home to my kids. Could have got that anywhere so upset for this choice

The food was ok, I ordered steak strips. With broccoli and mashed potatoes Smothered in mushrooms 🍄. I did get steak strips broccoli and mashed potatoes. Now minded you I did point out to the waitress that I'd stay Smothered in mushrooms. I did not get 1 mushrooms, not even one. I asked the manager and he had a very defensive posture. He even got somewhat angry which I was surprised. He started telling me that they had a new cook and I said it's right on the menu at the top. He got more angry and defensive and I seen that this was weird and I stepped away from this encounter. I have been going to this place since it openedl and had so many good times in there. But this was alot the way this guy treated us.

My spouse and I ordered the same dish. Bourbon steak. Entree came to the table my spouses’ dish was steaming hot, mine was not. The description failed to disclose the “steak” is actually a “steak bite” dish. The filler was a half head of rubber broccoli . Not coming back. Rip off.

I like the atmosphere at Hemline Chesterfield, alot of TVs playing various shows and sports, various table heights and booths, indoor and outdoor seating, friendly wait staff. The food has been delicious every time we've been here. I usually get casadilla since the make the best ones, but opted to try sometime new this time and share a Southern chicken Cobb salad and Hot honey chicken with my wife, and it did not disappoint. Both were delicious and that hot honey it just made that burger even better.
Been to several Hamlin Pubs and unfortunately, this was by far the least impressive. Perhaps it was the time of day, Friday at 4:00 pm, but everything seemed rather lackluster. The service was kind of blah, the beer selection was minimal and my gin and tonic was not great...how do you screw up a gin and tonic?? Luckily my husband's specialty drink was tasty and the little spring roll appetizer we got was fairly decent. Not a horrible experience, but nothing stood out as 'great'.

Manager refused to serve me when I showed her my government ID. She didn't scan it, just tossed it on the bar and refused service. When I got up to leave with my girlfriend, she laughed at me. I have always loved eating here with my family and friends but this is ridiculous. I will not be giving business to any Hamlin pub again.
Update: I reached out to the owner directly, as requested, via email one week ago and I still have not received a response.

Great food and beer. Many tv's to watch sports. Our server was very attentive. It was a little crowded and loud, so it was hard to have a conversation. Overall, it was a great experience
