I had a terrible experience at Happys Pizza. I was trying to place an order around 12:31 AM and as soon as I place this order this lady tried to tell me that since I was a girl, I was not allowed to have a guy delivery driver I have no idea what’s going on, but somebody needs to like take a look into this business. It’s ridiculous that I’m not able to get food just because I’m . Please help with this issue. Do not order from this place. If you are a girl all the girls will literally hang up on you, girl. I had a call back three times and still got hung up by this lady every single time.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Happy’s Pizza. I called to place a delivery order and while I was asking a few questions, the person on the other end abruptly hung up on me. This lack of professionalism was really disappointing and left me questioning if I'd want to order from here again.

Happys Pizza’s Owner is absolutely AMAZING!!! Tonight I had a horrible experience with DoorDash while ordering from Happys Pizza (23/gratiot chesterfield location). My order was reassigned not once, not twice, but 3 times. The first dasher picked up my food and told DoorDash there was an issue, making DoorDash reassign my dasher. Happys remade my order and the second dasher picked up my order and told me the store was closed and that my order should have been canceled. I contacted DoorDash and told them the issue. DD support told me the store was in fact open and they would reassign my order to the third driver. I finally called happys pizza and explained my situation and why I was so confused. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He explained to me that the first two dashers picked up my food and took it! The owner told me he was going to personally make my order again for the THIRD time and deliver it to me! I offered to just come pick it up and pay for it In person, he politely declined my offer and told me he just wants happy customers. I will definitely be ordering directly from his store from now on instead of using a delivery app. The owner personally delivered my food! Happys new owner is absolutely amazing and so kind !! Thank you !

Ordered last night and it once again didn't disappoint. Chicken bacon ranch square crust pizza was incredible and the stuffed breadsticks were perfect. We will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend! ?

Delivery. Excellent all around. Order: everything pizza. No pepperoni, added hamburger. Deleted: jalopenos which are discusting to core becsuse one can only taste jalopenos among everything else on a pizza. Why are they on there as standard, I will never understand therefore destroying every other flavor on the pie.

Doesn't deliver 3 miles away the one 2 miles in the other direction does. But they stop delivering at 10pm.
A few years ago we could get a random 3am pizza delivered by either one of these places. Just another business cut post COVID.
Edit. Just tried to just order a pickup order. And their site doesn't even function properly and wants me to rearrange my items in the cart¿ I tried that several times as well as starting over. Nothing works. I'll just go pick up something else.

Awful place owned by rude foreigners. So many fake 5 star reviews on here that the owners put up to try and boost their ratings. Rude owners that try and over charge and the food is disgusting.
