The Chesterfield/New Baltimore Mi location location on 23mile road. Cannot seem to get online orders right. Second time they messed up my online order. And it luke warm when it arrived. Crust was plain on both pizzas ordered when a flavor was clearly selected., sauce was miminal or non existent on one. Not sure if staff changed or what but quality and accuracy has gone done hill.

I have been ordering pizza here for quite a while now. A few days ago my daughter and grandkids ordered through door dash, we ordered a pizza and bread sticks. $26.00 later we received pizza but no sticks. So I called and spoke to one of the rudest people, I was asking about the price of my order and this smart mouth punk told me if I can't afford the pizza I shouldn't have ordered it!! I called headquarters and was told I would receive an email.... Never happened! I will never be ordering from this place agai, nor any of my family!! Customer service was horrible

I am not the type to complain but this is the 2nd time getting pizza from this location that we have found hair in our food. The first time it happened, I called and they reluctantly refunded us for the pizza. Almost a year later we tried again, there was hair in our pizza again. I get it, hair in food happens once in a while but still, it's gross. Don't think we will be back.
I have reached out to corporate regarding issues I’ve had two times. Corporate said they would have the manager contact me and both times no response at all. So extremely poor customer service and the pizza has progressively got worse and worse each time I order.

I have recently moved into the area and at first this location was my go-to. The pizza was always fresh, hot and the service was quick. For some reason i placed an order today for one large pizza lite mozzarella half jalapeños half pickles . The first time i received my pizza it was over cooked ,dried out and cold. I hadn’t noticed until i got home because i’d never had any issues before. I got hope i notice i was shocked then i called the store. I was greeted by a manager complaint to me that i should’ve came to get the pizza immediately after ordering. I apologized and he re made the order and gave me an undercooked pizza . Instead of going back and forth about the Pizza again i just cooked it AGAIN in my home oven because the dough was chewy and my pizza literally was flopping downward .0/10 I am no longer going to this location for a while.

It shows online that the store is open until 10:00 pm. I called at 9:30 pm to place a carry out order for one pizza. The employee answered and just said "We're closing up for the night." I said "It shows online that you're open until 10:00." The employee didn't say another word after that. I'm from this area, but live in Oklahoma now. We don't have Hungry Howie's anywhere near us, and we were looking forward to getting it while we were here. I'm very disappointed in this location and their lack of customer service.
