Ordered a pizza today for drop off, waited 40 minutes for them to call back and say they don’t deliver in my area, even though this is the store I regularly place orders at! Would have been nice if they had told me 40 minutes earlier, Hungry Howie is definitely going downhill, used to be my go to pizza place but not any more!

Got free pizza coupons from Jimmy johns field this year and used a couple last summer then went to use one the other day and was told we don't accept them. The pizzas were already made and sitting in the warmer and this little punk with a poor attitude stone walled me and said go to the Gratiot store. Have fun throwing 4 pizzas on the trash and thanks for wasting my time. We used to spend a couple hundred a month. Now I will not be using this store, ever again. I urge others to do the same.

Just ordered and look at the pic lol! Looks like it was made last week. I was there in 15 minutes to pick it up to. Over cooked, no flavor crust like a burnt piece of card board. Good luck!!!
They didn't knock and my food was cold. I am a frequent customer and called and wanted my food replaced for another date being that I waited for an hour. I was told NO that my order will be replaced tonight and that I have to return the cold food. Ummm NO! This is ridiculous. I never call and complain. Absolutely horrible customer service...

First off, I figured everyone gets one mistake.1st time I ordered a cupped pepperoni pizza. All the pepperoni was placed UPSIDE-DOWN.The 2nd time I ordered cupped pepperoni, I was given regular pepperoni. The website charged me about $12 for a small about three times. One time, I paid for the same pizza in store and was charged about $7.50. I started paying in the store.Your website kept deleting all my data, too.I won't mention. The tip I left that went into th oook's pocket and not the community tip jar. Oops, I did mention it.Based on all of this, you'll never see me again. Keep your coupons, too. I'm gone.

I ordered a pizza from here which they are only a 5 minutes drive away, and I accidentally ordered carry out instead of delivery.I have epilepsy so I cannot drive so I called them to ask them if we could switch it over to delivery and he said I would have to repay for the order which I cannot because I don’t get paid for a couple days. Would not help me at all, no remorse. Pizza went cold because I live by myself and couldn’t get a ride and I got a refund

It’s amazing how you leave a bad review and it gets deleted! The manager is a complete jerk. I ordered a gluten free pizza because I have Celiac disease. They were out of the dough. So they filled the order with a regular pizza and delivered anyway. I ate 3 pieces. I didn’t notice until I completely open the pizza box and there was a not inside the box. I called the store to complain. The manager told me it wasn’t his problem and told me to “F” off and hung up on me. I called back and he refused to give me his name. He hung up on me again!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza
