2 stars, because the pizza was good. I asked for something that I get at every Hungry Howie's, packets of crushed pepper and parmesan cheese. The grouchy gentlemen gruffly informed me that they're out of red pepper (in a way that made me think they're probably not, but he didn't feel like getting them). Fine, whatever. But instead of telling me they are out of parnesan as well, he proceeds to tell me that in ALL his years working at Hungry Howie' s, he's NEVER heard of packets of parmesan cheese. He looked at me like I am an idiot, who was making up products to piss him off. I get packets of parmesan from EVERY other Hungry Howie's, but in case that dude reads this (he won't), I've included a helpful picture. He'll probably think it's photo shopped.

I had no expectations because I had never been there, so ordered pepperoni pizza with garlic herb crust. I ordered it online in the app while standing in the lobby. They handed me a pizza in about 3 minutes... and when i got home.. opened it up.. it looked good until i grabbed it.. the dough was completely soft and uncooked feeling. The bottom had no crunch or hardness .. crust was SUPER garlicy.. not just a little seasoning.. it was way overboard. The concept was a good idea but execution is definitely horrible. Out of all the pizza places i have tried in my life.. this was the worst. Not edible unless you want uncooked soft dough. Without any comparison.. I'm left to assume this is your regular, prized, signature pizza.. and i'm not impressed. Do better.. yuck!

I've never had a good experience from Hungry Howies. Their pizza has went downhill and their sauce is extremely watery. All of their dipping sauces also come prepackaged from a factory (it's what you'd expect from a fast-food place, not a pizza joint. Most pizza places have fresh sauce they pour into a cup and is infinity better). Honestly everything tastes like plastic, they have to have more preservatives in their food than anywhere else, it's unfortunate. Their square pizza is also very soggy even when getting it right when it's done cooking. One thing I did enjoy was their cheese sticks that have multiple types of cheese in it. It actually tasted good but all the dipping sauces were unfortunately horrible.
