I've never had a good experience from Hungry Howies. Their pizza has went downhill and their sauce is extremely watery. All of their dipping sauces also come prepackaged from a factory (it's what you'd expect from a fast-food place, not a pizza joint. Most pizza places have fresh sauce they pour into a cup and is infinity better). Honestly everything tastes like plastic, they have to have more preservatives in their food than anywhere else, it's unfortunate. Their square pizza is also very soggy even when getting it right when it's done cooking. One thing I did enjoy was their cheese sticks that have multiple types of cheese in it. It actually tasted good but all the dipping sauces were unfortunately horrible.

Be extra careful going into this location, my friend accidentally left his phone laying on the counter, realized when he got to work. So he called and described the phone, they said yes we have it! He went back in to get it and they said no we don’t have it!? After an employee was whispering to the manager, she then came over and asked what was the password for the phone? Insane! Bums!

My little one loves Howies and so do I :) I been going to this location for about 10 years now and I have to say that I don't remember having one bad experience here. Employees are great, especially last few years I see some new faces and they're very friendly and welcoming. Since my boy likes only cheese pizza, that's what we usually only get and it's always delicious and fresh. We love it when the cheese burns a little on top, we add butter garlic on our crust for some extra flavor and it's amazing. Love the place!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE..THEY THINK ITS FUNNY WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..Missed topping and brought me a lukewarm pizza. When I called about it they acted like it was a joke to them.

My wife and I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. We called to make sure the driver would have enough change bec all we had was $100 and they said yes they always have enough change. Pizza got delivered, driver ended up getting a $30 tip because they did not have change. To top it off they burnt one of our pizzas. We called and the store said that we would get a free pizza and a bread stick. Upon calling for our free pizza and bread stick they said it was not added onto our account. Terrible customer servic.

Tried to order oven baked Turkey club sub. They said they were discontinued. That was my favorite so I called the 23 mile rd location it was no problem. What's the problem at the 21 mile ed location?

However, I Later on that evening when I was getting ready to throw the bag out it was underneath some napkins and there was another one in there so my apologies go out there and I give you guys five stars and took the old one down.
