I ordered what I thought was “mild” bbq sauce for boneless wings (on the website that never works correctly) I picked up the order and looked at the wings thinking they looked buffalo spicy? Went in was assured I received mild! I’m not a wing expert nor did I know the mild option was mild buffalo not mild bbq?? I was schooled by the manager was told I could drive back to return and get what I originally wanted mild regular bbq sauce!!! I’ll never order Hets again it’s terrible and the people that work there don’t care!

Loved the food loved our delivery driver, but the owner is pretty rude. We ordered deli boats with extra meat add red onion. We for sure didn’t get the red onion we were questioning if it came with the extra meat, and the owner got on the phone kinda coming in hot from the get go. He did offer to send red onion to us and proceeded to argue with my boyfriend on the phone so we just hung up. Unfortunately we will not be back we live in between two locations so we’ll be going to the macomb location now.

Did not follow the request in the order. Could not identify each order without cutting into each calzone. There were no markings on the boxes. Out of 5 calzones, only 1 had the correct order!!!

Everything was great with the pizza. The anti pasta salad is pretty decent… I like seeing an older gentleman make the pizza not some kids I believe that’s why it was so good made with care..

We ordered an 8 corner with cheese bread and a 2liter. The driver forgot the soda and ranch. Not a big deal but, they don’t come back for over 45 minutes. We only live a mile away. When I spoke with the manager, he just wanted to make excuses instead of trying to be courteous. Just tried to rush me off the phone.

So I am not exactly sure what happened here... did the lid fall off the container while applying the mayo? There was literally at least a half inch of mayo covering the entire pizza. Absolutely disgusting... if you don't want us to order a BLT pizza..please just say that next time. ?
