They won't or can't heat a sandwich. How do you stay in business? I shop right next door at Wild Bills Tobacco for caffiene products. Yet I go north to "Subway" which is out of the way, having to make a left hand turn to get in the parking lot as well as a left hand turn on to deadly Gratiot Ave. where one can encounter people with driver licenses that must have attained from a "Cracker Jack" box.

We placed an order for two sandwiches for delivery. It took about 50 minutes for this to be out for delivery. After an additional twenty-five minutes, we called the shop to find out there was only one driver and they had five orders with them. We finally called in after another 15 minutes and had the order cancelled. 90 minutes for a simple two sandwich order is unacceptable when we were hoping to have a convenient evening.

Ordered the new CAPRESE SUB. got it home, there were NO TOMATOES!!!WHEN WE GOT HOME, CALLED KYLIE and she asked if we wanted to DRIVE BACK AND GET THE ROASTED TOMATOES ON THE SIDE ?COULDN'T DO THAT BECAUSE OF HEALTH ISSUES AND NOT BEING ABLE TO WALK TO FOR THAN TWENTY MINUTES.ASKED FOR MANAGER. NO MANAGER. ASKED HER WHAT SHE COULD DO TO RESOLVE THIS. NOTHING. UNTIL SHE SPEAKS TO A MANAGER.FOR ALMOST ELEVEN DOLLARS A SANDWICH, THEY SHOULD GET IT RIGHT.MUSIC WAS SO DISRUPTIVE... METALLICA OR SOME BRAIN CRINGING MUSIC.MAYBE IF MUSIC WANT THAT INTRUSIVE, THE EMPLOYEES COULD ACTUALLY THINK about what they are making.Do you need help there? I've been in the industry for mant years. Seems to be a no brainier OMG.I would definitely like a replacement sandwich at no cost. It's a new sandwich, and I believe you should strive for excellence.Please reasons

It literally took an Hour and 15 minutes for delivery of my order. One sandwich and chips and pop..i cakes then twice. They just said it was on the way. Never again will i use the JJ on Gratiot and 21 mile area.
