I am not sure how you run a business and you offer from 11 AM to 2 PM a lunch special with four slices and a beverage, and seven out of 10 times not have that available during those hours. How difficult can it be to have pizzas made to be served when that is lunchtime for most people. The whole point is it’s lunchtime and people don’t have time to wait for something that should be available

Consistently has gone downhill, at least in the evening. Pizza is sloppy on different occasions. This time I had two emails confirming my pizza was done but they told me it wasn't ready yet. Sat for 15 minutes and went to the counter again after getting another confirmation email and it was sitting in the bottom tray since I walked in. Then I go home and one of the pizza was wrong.

Normally I’m not one to complain but today I ordered pizza for the kids after a long day at work and not feeling good. I placed and online order. When I got it from the portal I asked the person behind the counter if all the dips were in there since I ordered a jalapeño one and 3 ranch. When I get home there was 1 ranch for 3 girls. I’m to tired and sick to go back for 2 more ranch.

I was there today and asked for butter garlic on my pizza crust and they guy at the counter asked his manager in the back. I overheard the manager say we can only sub out the peppers and nothing else and if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. I will not be back to this location. What ever happened to Good Customer Service. And my pizza was not properly made. Toppings was all the way at the top. And cheese was not all the way on the pizza. When I left the store I felt very sad. All he had to do was just charge me extra because it's just a topping. That was very rude and not necessary. Always remember without us there is no you.

The staff member and manager on duty were both very friendly! Service was fast and the food was hot and delicious! 😊 My husband and I almost didn't stop at this location because some of the reviews were not very good. But we decided to check them out for ourselves and we are very pleased that we did!

It boggles the mind that they can mess up a pizza this bad but this location sure did step up and accomplish that goal. The pizza pretty much turned to a pile of slop the minute I picked it up from the box. crazy part is I had to wait because they were making a fresh pizza for my order.
If a pizza looks like this when it comes out of the oven it needs to be remade I used to work at a pizzeria this is not acceptable to serve to customers and for $13 for a pizza it should not look like this, the part that I’m talking about is where the pizza is super thin and kind of sunken in that part is completely hard and you can’t even bite into it so those slices are basically money wasted

Worst little Caesars around I would rather go to the Little Caesars on Jefferson than the one on Gratiot and 23 Mile trash undercooked soggy and staff don't care about nothing but joking and hanging out
