I DoorDash for this place and right now I’m inside trying to eat….im always waiting. Such a L O N G time when dashing and right now trying to get food. This place needs some higher ups come digging around and get them in shape. If you want food from this location, do pick up and come 45min to 60min later

Stood there for 10 mins waiting to be seated. Was acknowledged by staff they would “be with us in a min”. I’m assuming manager saw us but web about doing other tasks.

Waited 25 minutes before being acknowledged at the table. Server was interested in chatting. The chef is cooking with no hair net and a full beard with nothing covering it. I don't recommend going here.

This is one of the nicer Olga's. Pleasant staff and we always get everything fresh and hot. The fries this time were a little broken up but good. If you are signed up on the rewards you get monthly coupons which helps because it is spendy here.
Love the food and have been going to Olga's since I was a teenager. Love the turkey Olga, fries, and snackers. Always good service.

Ordered a carry out online. Have never been to this Olga’s or an Olga’s in over 25 years when I waitressed at Olga’s in lakeside mall. My carry out was delicious!! The service was terrible. The place wasn’t busy. No one really greeted the people waiting for a table for a few or myself and the person behind me. When the blondish haired girl came over she didn’t say hello just how can I help you. I responded that I had a carry out she asked the name and then replied a bit snotty did you check the shelf… didn’t see the shelf . Asked for a spoon for the soup and told her have a nice night and nothing. Seems like maybe she was having a bad night. Was only out this way for a game so I won’t be back but the food was as good as it was many many years ago.

The food was good, the new menu has more choices. I like Olga's and it seems as though the service and atmosphere have improved since my last visit. Our server Mia Taylor was excellent, she was very friendly, and made our experience more enjoyable.
