Picked up carry out last night, ordered chicken Alfredo . The chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t even eat it. Wasted $20 on a meal only to eat the breadsticks. Very disappointing

I ordered tour of Italy with eggplant instead of chicken. When it came there was eggplant parm, Alfredo and chicken parm. No lasagna. Waiter took back and said out of lasagna but he’d see about discounting it. Bill came. No discount. No manager even came by to see how things were as they have every time I’ve been there. When we left, the manager and hostess were sitting near the front door watching tv. I’ve never left so irritated and hungry before.

New years eve carry out they forgot a bunch of my food and it took 35 more minutes then it was suppose to. We called up the restaurant and the manager wasn't even apologetic and just took the missing orders off the bill/credit card. How about being compensated something for missing our salad, soup, and chocolate sauce. That's like management 101. I was getting carry out here every so often but that was my last visit.

Took my fiance out to dinner and our server was absolutely awesome. And the food was actually really good. It was fresh and hot. Highly recommend

Great service! We had 2 trainees (Both named Ava). They were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive and pleasant. Food was good. I would go back. Although now I feel spoiled having two servers taking care of my table :)

Chris is one of the best servers I've ever had, give him all of the promotions and all of the tips. Not only does he deserve them but I feel like it's required you give them to him, you can argue he wasn't even his server but it doesn't matter, tip him anyways

I placed a to go order. I had stopped visiting Olive Garden altogether because the dinner portions on their to go orders were just about the same size as their lunch portions. I stopped here because I wasn't even remotely close to home, I had forgotten my lunch, and I had a $15 gift card to use up.
I was so happy with the quality AND quantity of the ziti I bought! Noodles weren't overcooked, and there was plenty of sauce and so much beautiful cheese! I do wish there had been a bit more sauce to dip the breadsticks in, but in all honesty, it definitely didn't detract from my experience. And, FOUR mints! Yum!

Very nice place, atmosphere is very pretty staff very respectful and food tastes very very good plus comes food comes out on a timely manner

I was there this evening 10/13/24 at 5 PM for my birthday dinner with my family. Our service from Jake was amazing. This young man handled himself very well and took care of all 9 of us very well.The food was absolutely amazing. And I don't say that about a lot of places. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to others and will be back myself. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I went to Olive Garden on hall. Road, actually it was 23 mile road. Got a seat right away. The employees were very courteous and kind. The waitstaff and manager couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious.
Dessert was divine. The Chocolate Mousse cake. Was great.So all in all, I can't wait to go back
