The car that was in front of me didn’t get their order, they knocked on the window couple times and still no one answered. For me, I ordered 2 soups, a salad and wanted to order coffee, but they had no coffee at all and it was 1pm. So got tea instead. When it was my turn on the window it was ~5 minutes until they gave it to me, not too bad. The Mac and cheese was not good at all, no cheese in it and tasted old. Soup was ok.

First off i wanna thank Madalyn for giving me a free chocolate chipper cookie since my mom said no. she’s the best, made my day 20x better than it was. on the other hand, mac and cheese was phenomenal along with the tomato soup.

Love the sandwiches here and for the most part the service is good.
Cold Mac n cheese, chicken bone in my sandwich, absolutely vile carpet. With the floor debris being this bad, you can tell they don’t vacuum/clean daily or even weekly. Disgusted.

If i could give it a zero i would. Waited 45 minutes to get a Ranch Cobb salad for lunch that wasnt even put together that well. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Never had this bad service from Panera, and I am visiting from the Washington DC area. Definitely something should and will be reported to Corporate. If your in a hurry avoid this location...

Vegetarian options: Great! New tomato basil rye BLT sandwich and Mediterranean sandwich are very delicious sandwiches. Good addition. Flatbread pizza needs to be brought back though =). Asiago bagel and cinnamon brown sugar bagels are awesome.
