$60 for subpar food and nowhere to sit. Cashier told us there was nowhere to sit AFTER we paid and placed our order.

Ordered a large Asian salad got home and only had a small salad to far away to go back but was disappointed. They were not busy and should have caught the mistake but oh well .. normally no problems so hopefully next time they will get it right ☹️

The food is good. However, it can be hard to get an employees attention at times and the restaurant is always dirty. There is always stuff all over the floor. The bathrooms are gross and the ceiling tiles above the cooking area need to be replaced

I’ve given this Panera drive-thru multiple chances (about 3–4 visits now), and it’s consistently one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’ve gone, there have only been maybe 2 cars ahead of me, yet it still takes around 15 minutes just to get through the line. That’s not even counting if you have a larger order—it’s this slow no matter what.

At this point, it’s frustrating and feels like poor management of the drive-thru. Panera is supposed to be a “fast casual” spot, but this location is anything but fast. I’ve stopped by at different times of the day hoping for a better experience, but it’s always the same story.

If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend avoiding this drive-thru altogether.

This used to be my go to place to eat whenever I'd visit family. It's cleanliness has gone downhill and now with the self order kiosks, interaction with staff is limited and not very personable. It's lost it appeal to me.

Where are all the delicious bake goods they used to have? I was told my favorite bear claws were discontinued. No luscious cinnamon rolls. No bread in the racks behind the counter. Very few bagles. No return for me. 😣

First the restaurant was really dirty. There were no clean tables .We had to wipe down our own table. There was trash under the table. The creamy tomato soup that I usually really like was awful! There was no cream in it. It tasted like pasta sauce and someone just dumped the crumbs from the croutons on top. I threw it out.

Everyone was very friendly and the wait wasn't bad at all. Area around the coffee and soda island was so sticky I almost lost a shoe and one of your new menu items was so confusingly worded that I ended up eating something I was allergic to.
