The staff at this location is rude and hateful I shouldn't have to stand in line and hear the 3 staff members talking about how trump and conservatives need to be taken out one of the employees names is jack the 2 lady employees I dont know thier names but that's unacceptable in any business

I have never had a worse experience at a Starbucks in my life. They were very busy so I expected our drinks to take longer, but that wasn’t the issue. My friends and I ordered a total of 5 drinks, and 4 of them were made wrong. I ordered a regular coffee and received a shot of espresso. My friend ordered her drink with regular cold foam and was charged extra for protein cold foam. The other two drinks had the wrong kind of cold foam, and we were overcharged for things we did not order. I spent a total of $30 on the drinks and had to wait over 30 minutes for them to be made correctly. Very disappointing since I normally have good experiences at this location.

They wrote my order on the cup as usual but with a water-based marker. So when I grabbed it, I got all ink on my hand and fingers and clothes.i wiped it with hand sanitizer. They don't care about customers. For a few years ago, there was a guy as a server, and he was a professional, and I have never been disappointed at this store. Those girls should get the training class to get paid.

I LOVE the Starbucks inside Target. I'll go here before going to the one off 23 Mile. The crew is awesome, can't say enough nice things about them. I usually see the same 3 or 4 people and they're all very friendly and helpful. Always have great coffee here. Thanks for taking care of me when I come in!

I love Starbucks and I was looking forward to having a nice refresher and the female barista with brown hair made my drink completely wrong it was just gross and watered down and when we asked if she could fix it she got angry and it was just a very sad experience

Terrible Terrible the team that is working there is not good on June 4 at around 217pm one of the young ladies who was taking a order took 5-7 minutes to take a $6 order and on top of that she forgot to ask the customer for her name so she made me wait why she did that. I politely left the line because I had to get back to work. This is not cool and I will let my co workers know about this treatment.

It's been awhile since I purchase the Starbucks coffee. I chose to participate on the day that I could get a drink for half price and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I shall return.

Has an order online but you still have to wait the 15 minutes in the drive through and doesn’t tell you it’s drive through only. I love starbucks dearly but ordering online is so you can walk in and out with your drinks without waiting too long, but at this location you still have to wait with everyone else. Just remove the order online at this location.

I am very sad to say this but I was very disappointed when I went to this Starbucks.I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and the service was great but not this last time. I went to this Starbucks today with my sister and ordered a refresh and the barista made my drink completely wrong. I am not the person to complain so I was just going to drink it but my sister asked the barista to make it again and she rolled her eyes and chucked my refresher into the sink and gave us direct attitude. I would have been fine with the old drink but if I am paying $5 for a drink I expect it to be what I ask for.

Don't accept mobile orders if you're drive-thru only. This drive-thru line is always the worst because it's an awful location and is routinely blocking 23 mile. Starbucks can afford to pay staff to work the inside, but this fits nicely with their union busting tactics.
