The cashier at the window was super nice and the iced latte was good. Just remember that at this location the iced latte has way more ice than latte

For a drive thru, ordering in advance should make things more efficient. We waited 20 min to pick up. Also, if you are only drive thru, napkins and hot drink sleeves should be included. The drinks were watery and bland. Surprising, since Starbucks generally maintains a high level of service. Please fix this. Our experience was sub par and disappointing.

Drive thru only and only one very small line in/out of the drive thru. We ordered ahead-BIG MISTAKE- the line to get to the drive thru was hanging out onto 23 mile road. So no way to pick up our drinks. I had my 2 month old grand baby in the back seat and was not willing to get hit sitting and waiting for a drink. We called them and told them, they did not offer a refund. DO NOT EVER PRE ORDER.
Horrible drive-through configuration do not pull into this Starbucks unless you plan on waiting for a hot minute

I ordered a drink in advance that was supposed to be ready for PICK UP at 8:30 AM. I arrive to pick it up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes in line. They should not accept online orders if they are short staffed. Otherwise everything was fine just order there though.
