I started coming here recently because its on my way to work, the quality of the ingredients seems on par with most subways but big issues:
1) subs are never toasted right, every time I have been here I get toasted and what I actually receive is just warmed bread, soft with no solid texture to it, never toasts it long enough even when they aren't busy.
2) apparently subway has a new policy where you have to pick your sauce and put it on before vegetables, I have been eating subway all my life and now your telling me you won't make my sandwich if I want you to put the vegetables on before the sauce? Literally refused to do it, terrible service, is this really a new subway rule or just idiocy at this restaurant?
Summary: Many people have moved away from subway for different reasons, I think its finally my turn to do the same

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The lady was very rude. When I just walked in there. It is Tuesday September 22 2:07 PM first of all she was preparing food without gloves disgusting practically dripping her sweat into the food. Didn’t even acknowledge me and had an attitude because I said hello how are you? I understand that not. Everybody has a great day some days it does reflect the matter as human beings but the fact that she wasn’t wearing gloves or was just rude. I stopped eating at Subway and I figured I would give it another try, but I just couldn’t please he clean and sanitary. This is not the first instance at the subway that I’ve had with dirtiness.

The employee who made the sandwiches was not a people person. I let my grandchildren order what they wanted and the employee kept directing questions to me. Told her they were ordering for themselves.
Place needs to be shut down. Walked in and immediately noticed the stench. Once the worker finally came out, you could tell we interrupted her nap or something. After looking over the ingredients, I knew we had to leave or risk getting sick. It looked like it was our all day and never changed. Avoid this place like the plague, or you will get the plague.

I order from here regularly. Today at 11am 2 people on shift. NOT the girl with the colored blue/green hair but the other girl had the biggest attitude. My sandwich was missing half of what was on it. She had the biggest attitude (bigger woman brown/dirty blonde hair glasses). Just completely rude. Keep your personal issues outside the workplace and please train all employees on attitude because this is NOT the first time I have been treated like this. I spent my whole lunch break going there and coming back. I just wanted my stuff remade but got slapped with attitude I even brought the sandwich for her to see its not my fault it was made wrong. Make it right and go about the day. Quit the job if you hate dealing with the public so damn much.

This store is a joke and the women that talked to me was very rude and very disrespectful, so ordered on subway app they took money out of account and then this employee says they don’t have my order and that I would have too wait 7 to 10 days for refund , meanwhile I look subway up on line and it says if this happens the store you order from will re fund you but employee says no it’s not her problem good luck and then she didn’t hang up and I listen to this rude employee laughing saying screw that customer and left phone on good 10 mins and recorded , this employees customer service is the worst and the mouth on this employee should be fired. With a hard economy and subway employee tells you 7 to 10 days you might get it back that’s bs . Terrible place and employee need to get a job with dealing with people, so thanks for ripping me off and not being able too feed my kids and for 7 too 10 day wait to get money back . 621 pm Friday 4 /25 /25 this order was placed so hopefully the owner or owners see and do something about it
Ordered thru the app, they took my fiancé's money right away and never processed the order. Worker was rude when he called about getting his money back. Was told to wait 7-10 days if we didn't get an email... how do you take a payment for an order that's not confirmed 🤔 she left him on hold for over 20 min and on the app it says contact the store for a refund. We just called the bank. Never going back to this location again.

Tried to get food and nobody came out. Heard singing and humming in the back, we said “excuse me” and waited a few more minutes. Could’ve robbed the place if I wanted to. After we left is when the employee decided to come out and watch us drive away. Thanks I guess lol.

I just want to say it's very rare to get the customer service I received from Ronny! Not only did he make the greatest sub he took the time to have a nice conversation! I will be going back and asking for Ronny!

We had lunch at Subway this past Memorial Holiday Weekend.Ronnie was our Server and did a phenomenal job!He was very friendly and made our experience of building our subs enjoyable.The absolute BEST customer service we have had in a long, long time.Hard to come by these days with the way the world is going.
