Good steaks ,flavorful cooked as ordered ,good made from scratch sides,waitress was attentive and met all our needs,never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse ,I would always recommend Texas Roadhouse as it is always affordable
Edit: Last 2 times we order they forgot the baked potatoe. They make us pull up to the front door and wait forever to recieve the item. Today they forgot the bread as well. The food was ice cold. Mash was so cold the cheese fell off of it wouldnt even melt. Fried chicken critters were ice cold. No silverware or anything in the bag. Terrible experience. Not sure if we will be back. Work too hard to spend my money on subpar service and food.

We went there on a fundraiser evening for Richmond girls basketball very good time very friendly and as busy as they were we did not have to wait for anything. I have the 16oz ribeye dinner which was 100% five star however my husband beef tips with gravy and they were way overdone we were kind of disappointed with that but felt bad because of how busy they were so my husband will not send them back. However our service was spot on we had the cheesy potato wedge or steak fries...
