Went on a Thursday night. Pretty busy but the service was good. Beer was great and so was the food. Not over priced either

Our mac and cheese came cold.
Ordered the breaded pickles and got a lbs of breading ....with a side of pickles?
We had to sit there and stare at our plates because we had no silverware. Had to ask several times for it.
Barely ate any of my mac and cheese. Too cold, and wasn't trying to wait any longer.
Very disappointed :(

Nasty cold rude and on top of that just nasty

The atmosphere was beautiful. It was freezing cold in there which was very uncomfortable. Our Server Jamie W was amazing and very friendly. The burgers were bland. The fries were good and the nachos appetizers were delish!

Have been a customer for several years and Had a really unfortunate experience tonight with a pickup order, that I feel must be shared. I never leave reviews.

Placed my $60 order at 6:43, and received a confirmation that the food would be ready in 15-20. Arrived at 18 minutes to an entrance full of people waiting for a table. I went up to the podium to let the hostess know I had a pickup order. She then asked for my name and I told her. Without going to check she said “that’s another 20 minutes easily” in quite a rude tone. I asked “for my pickup order?”, which she said yes in the same tone.

When we returned for the food, the same people were in the entrance waiting for a table, and THEY pointed me to my ready food sitting on a bench in the entrance with boxes not stacked we’ll, and tilted on their side. I was pretty upset already that they had just left my food on the bench in a packed restaurant for anyone to take, but grabbed the food and left.

When we got back home, 2 of the 4 boxes were smashed and there was sauce all over the bag/boxes/and other food - see photo below. We only live 10 minutes away, so this was not a product of the transport of the food.

The zip chicken was also really oily and the Nashville hot cauliflower had an insane amount of sauce, even with some of it ending up in the bag. Really sad with this experience, and as a former restaurant worker, did not find this to be an acceptable experience, given the 40 minute wait and $60 take out.
